We had a roof leak that was dripping into our bathroom. Knowing that a nor'easter storm was approaching in two days, we knew we needed to get someone over quickly. Matt from Elite answered the phone on our first call attempt and agreed to come over that very afternoon to access the problem. He arrived at the designated time, quickly figured out where the problem seemed to be, and agreed to send someone over the very next morning. A member of his team came over in the morning, worked to repair all possible areas which might have been problematic, and even repaired a slat of vinyl siding that had blown off in a previous storm. Matt followed up with us that afternoon, and we weathered the storm that arrived next day with no further leaks. Matt even followed up again the day after that to make sure we had no leaks and no further problems. We are extremely happy with the excellent work and customer service provided, as well as with Elite's ability to remedy our problem so quickly.

Matthew was very professional in helping us make the selection for siding for our home. He was willing to work within our budget, which was much appreciated. While doing the job, his workers did not cut corners. They worked very diligently from morning until the evening. They kept the work area clean and their work is very top notch. We are very pleased; Matthew even came to our home after the job was complete to do some final touch ups. We highly recommend Elite Exteriors.

I have been through my fair share of home inspections as we have relocated for my husband�s work twice in 5 years. Once we found the right home we hired Eagle 1 inspections to complete our home inspection report. Matt not only completed a thorough inspection, he also educated us on the homes� structural components, exterior faults and some of the system repairs that we might encounter down the road. After the report, I called Eagle 1 inspections with additional questions and found they answered promptly and put my concerns at ease. Based on the report, my husband and I were able to make an informed decision on the home. Thank you Eagle 1 inspections!

He was very thorough and pointed out some things that he saw. He was always available and answered my calls promptly.

The project came in about $5K over budget for no additional work. A few pieces of ply wood and a mad contractor made for the extra money. He insisted on dealing with my tenants instead of me directly. Not the way to do business and I will not recommend this contractor to any one. I paid the extra money because I am a professional, even though he made up the overage prices on a piece of scrap paper and presented them to me. He was trying to make me pay because my tenants had a few words with him and his helpers. Also, it shouldn't take 4 weeks to install a roof, window and siding on a 1000 sq. foot home.

I am a new homeowner and had concerns about being "had" by savy contractors. However, I found them to be very honest in our dealings (even when the answer he gave me might not be the answer I wanted to hear). I am extremely happy with the quality of the work on all points: it came in on budget, on schedule and but for all the banging going on outside my doors, I wouldn't have known his crew was there.

They did an ok job but I felt that I had to do a bit more supervising than I would have hoped. Also, there were a few things that I pointed out I wanted done but they were never taken care of; nothing major but nonetheless, it could have gone more smoothly.

Everything went smoothly, on time, and we'd definitely recommend them.
