We have used Justin with Elite Exteriors twice. They painted our home and installed new porch columns in November-December 2025, and most recently completed a privacy fence. The fence turned out great-straight, exactly what we asked for, and the craftsmanship is solid. Justin is knowledgeable and kind. That said, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication and scheduling. Cleanup that was included in the contract was delayed, and I was not given timely updates-even after reaching out. Reliable communication is just as important as quality work, and that piece needs improvement. I would consider using them again if communication improves.

Justin and his crew did a great job despite losing a couple days to weather and illness. Repaired fence sections and gate show good workmanship. Performed total cleanup and left the area looking neat.
