Elite Flooring replaced all the floors in my house with LVP and new carpet in the upstairs bedrooms. Alicia was easy to work with and kept me informed along the way. Her professionalism and knowledge throughout every phase of the project was exceptional. Eric and Donte did an incredible job. They are great guys and it was enjoyable having them in my home. They are both very meticulous with extreme attention to detail. They handled everything from the hardwood and carpet tearout to the installation and the finishing trim. They removed the dingy tan carpet from my steps and wrapped the steps with LVP. They consulted with me on every phase of the project and kept me well informed. Elite went above and beyond my expectations to ensure everything was perfect. My house looks incredible and I am thrilled with outcome of the project. Thank you to the Elite Flooring team!

We are so very pleased with our new floor and would highly recommend Elite Flooring! Alicia, the GM quoted the project and defined the scope so we understood exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. She had great suggestions for project approach and quoted an alternate option for us to consider to save costs. Eric installed our new flooring expertly and promptly. He was very meticulous, selecting only the best of the material we purchased for installation, with minimal waste. We had some really challenging transitions, (old house with uneven subfloor and not level in one corner). Eric figured out just how to repair it and had the craftsmanship to get it done right. He kept us informed every step of the way, advising on progress, was extremely flexible during the installation and very considerate of our home/work environment. We have future projects in the works and are grateful to now have a go-to contractor that we trust to do great work at a reasonable price!

Eric and Alicia were super nice and friendly, their contractor Dario was very professional. Overall communication was great. There was an issue that arose with some new flooring that was put in for a repair, but they went ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve the issue and make sure we were satisfied. Elite flooring provides excellent craftsmanship and a terrific value. I would have zero hesitation in hiring them again

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Eric and his team (Cassidy was the lead) were always on time from start to finish. Of the four bids I received, this was the lowest bid by quite a bit and yet the product ranked right up there! Numerous choices and great product! The day of carpet removal and flooring install went so very smoothly. There was one little corner that I wasn't 100% happy with but they took care of it with a great attitude and expertise. I highly recommend this company.

It went extremely well and faster than I thought it would. This was the third time I’ve used Eric and his team to perform work for me. With this project, they removed sections of wood flooring that had been eaten by dogs, installed new wood flooring in two rooms, and then finished it all. It looks magnificent and we have received numerous compliments from friends who have seen both before and after photos. I highly recommend Elite Flooring!

Wonderful they were prompt kept appointments on time. Brought samples offered to meet us at a local show room to see additional merchandise. They gave us written bids in detail and written final contract . They kept all promises. When merchandise received even offered to install on Saturday and Sunday. They completed a lower level family room and an upstairs office We would recommend them highly and use them again

Elite Flooring was so easy to work with and customer service was exceptional. This was a small repair to our carpet after it got stained. Another contractor did a horrendous job trying to patch the carpet the first time. Elite Flooring came out and patched it again in no time and easily fixed our tack strip in another section where the carpet had come loose. The care and the attention they paid to every detail was amazing to watch. That's the kind of service I expect when I'm paying professionals in their trade. We are very satisfied with Elite Flooring's professionalism and customer service and would definitely call them for our next project.

Fantastic! They are quick to respond, offer a range of options for pricing and are transparent, and overall did a terrific job. 500 sqft including Stainmaster padding.
