Sometimes, we have some lapse in communication. I will certainly use them again if I were still in Memphis. The price was variable depending on what I wanted done. If I had a complaint on them at all, it would be that they just did not have a sheet telling me what services. They came in and gave me an estimate on everything and they might have given me a little bit better price because I used them for a long while. They are the only people I use. They did my painting and all kind of things. They were reasonably priced.

I didn't like it. It was supposed to be for four hours of work. But what they did was, they brought a helper out here and cut it to two hours. All he did was watch the other guy do the work. I thought that was a rip-off. Then, they charged me more. It was about $200. They charged me for two more hours. I thought that was horrible. Their punctuality was good. The workers were okay. They were just deceptive.

I purchase the big deal for 2 hours of electrical labor. This was to have three lights changed in the house. They sent an electrician and a helper. They count there time together, so you only end up with one hour from the deal. The electrician seemed good, but the helper really just held a flash light and helped with tools... not sure why they would have equal value in terms of charging the same for two ppl with different skill levels. I would understand if they both performed comparable work, but it was not in any way. <br /> When the job went over time, I was informed of the price per "labor hour". I tried to clarify two or three times if this is per person per hour and was told "NO, per Labor Hour". I took that as an additional $45/hour. Not so. It turned out to be $90/hour, with some skilled and unskilled labor counting the same. So, it was over $500 to change two lights. I felt their presentation of cost was dishonest and confusing. it is per person per hour, regardless of how they use semantics. It was per person/per hour, but they claim it was per labor hour. <br /> Buyer Beware. The service was good quality, but SLOW and the cost was 2x more than any electrician would charge. I tried to contact the owner, but we phoned back and forth without contact. I really feel that they are VERY MISLEADING WITH PRICES. I should have looked at their other poor reviews. Again, the service itself was good, just expect vague and confusing pricing and huge bills at the end. <br />

"Hi Thank you for your review, but this is untrue. On October the 19th two cleaning ladies went to your house and cleaned from 9:10am until 11:20am. TWO workers times TWO hours and ten minutes equals 4.20hrs. So therefore our cleaning ladies were there for the amount of time that you purchased, plus extra time that we did charge you. You also only bought the basic cleaning package, so I you wanted more detailed cleaning you should have bought a different deal. Thank you, The EGS Team!"

They were wonderful! Did a great job on leaf removal and weeding of the flower beds. In fact we liked them so much they are coming back to help with our leaf removal this year! We purchased a deal and it did take longer then the time allotted which is why the cost is a bit higher. Recommend! <br />

I had a misunderstanding with them because I had to pay the company for the services as well. They were charging too much. I was disgusted with them. I paid them for the work they did and completed the rest myself.

You did not understand that your 4-man LABOR HOURS were up and if you wanted us to stay longer to finish the work then you would have to pay more and you did not want to pay more so we left and that is why you had to finish the rest of the work yourself. Also you did NOT pay $800 for the work like you have written on this review you paid $112."

It took a while to obtain services due to rain. The wait was irritatihg. That said, she was extremely professional, gave good measure for money spent, and did their job quickly. I purchased a 4 hour leaf removal coupon from Elite General Services. 3 people came to do the job meaning they would each work 1 hour 20 minutes. At the end of the time they were not quite finished with my front yard. They stayed to finish the yard but did not charge me extra. I would definitely use them again!

<p>The work involved trimming bushes, trees, cleaning flower bed sand adding mulch. In addition, a number of bricks came loose around the front door which needed mortar. </p> <p>They arrived on time and stayed late each day. They were very hard working and very capable. They knew what they were doing. The agreement did not include removing the yard debris but they loaded it on my trailer multiple times so I could bring it to the dump. </p> <p>Although the cost was on the high side, their attention to detail was excellent and did not ask for any money until the job was done after two days of work. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again. </p> <br />

It looks fine. The clean up was excellent. I had them look at some other jobs and plan to use her again. We're satisfied. I was a little confused on the charge, but the job was done well. The lady was really nice and the carpenter was excellent.
