This was a BIG job and I was up against a deadline to lose my homeowners insurance. Soffit was destroyed by raccoons. After getting rid of the varmints, I the job out there and had a few nibble but Elite Home Remodeling actually came out to view the job and gave me a reasonable estimate. Their crew came out on a cold windy day and spent the day on ladders two stories up to finish the job ahead of schedule. This is who the Lord sent after prayers. "Jay" Fredericks and his company did a PERFECT job, exactly what I needed.

Two months of this guy banging on my roof. It's crazy to show up to a job without what you need and act like it's somebody else's fault that it's not done. Landlord hired this company to repair our roof but they need to use our electricity to power their tool. Tech was real adamant about us operating on their time but when I asked about any compensation (to run up the electric bill with industrial equipment) he's suddenly got no answers. He also slid in that they need to wrap it up to get a hole filled in so the heat doesn't escape our bedroom. Not to mention that due to this it sounds like they're literally working in the room. This has been going on for over a month. So we've been cranking the heat confused as to why it is so cold in the bedroom, they definitely should have mentioned that prior to starting the repairs. It is December. To me it's insane to know all of this and not just take the loss and rent a generator or a battery rig to finish the job. Broke and unprofessional.

Chad was our technician. He was beyond fabulous. He quickly identified our problem, which was not, in fact, the thermostat and repaired it same day. He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work. Should we need to replace our HVAC system in the future, we will want Chad to handle it. Excellent service.

Mr. Fredericks was super nice and communicative. The first mount didn’t stick (to no fault of his own) and he was out the very next day to make it right. Very friendly, affordable and professional. Will use again in the future and will recommend to everyone who asks! Thanks again!
