Elite's technician arrived at our home at the agreed time and was very professional.  The technician cleaned our air conditioner and leveled the unit, and then continued on with a thorough cleaning of the unit.  He was very efficient and finished the job quickly.  <br /> <br /> They did a wonderful job, and I would use them again in the future. <br />

As the weather suddenly turned cold, I turned on the heat in my house. I have two furnaces, and the furnace on the main level of my home wouldn't fire up. We have young children in our house and need to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. I called a HVAC company that I had previously used but they did not return my call for several hours - in fact, by the time they did return my call Elite HVAC had already come and gone! Kenny arrived at my house less than an hour after my initial call. He was presentable, polite, and professional. It was not clearly evident why the furnace wouldn't fire up and I left Kenny to troubleshoot. He then came to me and told me that he needed to inspect my exterior vent. You can imagine my embarrasment and annoyance when he pulled out the stash that my kids had decided to hide in the vent. Kenny also felt my pain and agreed to clean the furnace as he felt that he couldn't charge me for removing kids items from the vent. <br /> Elite HVACS were responsive to my call, quick to arrive at my home, professional, and fair. I could not have been happier with the service, and I absolutely will make these guys my default HVACS service team. <br />

We had called Elite for an estimate and was scheduled right away. Juan was very knowledgeable and courteous, he was able to give us a very competitive estimate that would work for our family. When it came time to install the furnace, he had called to verify the appointment and was on time to perform the install. Elite was very clean and was able to show us how to operate the unit and to change the filters. The experience that they have is key for a trouble free install. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about having any heating or air condition work!! <br />
