Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

They are bad at communicating once you pay them, we put down like 70% and had to keep contacting them regarding a start date, they initially said one date and it was months later that they did it. Once they did arrive they did not always let us know they would be coming out and working that day so it was a surprise when they did. They also did not complete the job. Once they got their final paycheck they left. I've tried reaching out regarding things that were not completed but they have not responded. We have walls missing molding and trim, painting that was on the quote was not done and the drain they "installed" was not done right and we will have to fix it as they "installed" it on a day it was supposed to rain and did rain when he was finishing up so most of the stuff got washed away.

The window replacement team was very efficient in completing the removal and installation of our windows. They completed the job in less than a day and removed all of the old windows and any other items, so there was no mess for us to have to take care of. Great job in the installation of our new windows.
