Responsiveness is excellent while maintaining me the customer satisfied at all times. I was kept up to speed on what was going on and what to expect. There was no cutting corners on my project and Elite Iron And Fab demonstrated an excellent partnership to get it all done, fast, effectively, and prioritizing quality of work. I look forward to having them work on future projects. Now the details of the work done: Pool fence needed to be moved to allow greater yard space. I wanted to curve around he cool deck and wrap up into the side wall. And my rev gate was falling apart (literally) as was very difficult to open. They fabricated posts to do a better long term result with minimum impact to reduced usage. I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends and co workers

Mr. Razo is a craftsman who is very professional and meticulously crafts iron works of high quality. I didn’t think I could afford such quality! This gate is solid, built to last and looks beautiful. Neighbors have commented how nice it looks. Mr. Razo is punctual, he shows when has says he will show, his qoute is spot on and he is fast to think of a viable solution (we found one of our existing block pillars was not secured with cement and he was fast-thinking with a great economical solution).

John did a great job with all the work. He provided a quote and estimated time to complete job. Job was done ahead of date given and did a great job on the finish. He communicated well and gave updates on the project. Job well done!

John came to my house to take measurements and design a gate that would work with the style and color of my house. I had some ideas Of what I was thinking and he made them better. He nailed the design. I love it!

Petfectly, got here EARLY and finished EARLY! He did exactly what I asked for and even welded a broken yard ornament to boot! My ground is crazy rocky and he battled it like a trooper, putting in fabulous reinforcement footers. That thing's not going anywhere! I'm so very happy!
