Bob and his crew did a really nice job helping us to create our yard.  We scheduled with him somewhat late in the season and he fit us into his schedule.  His irrigation subcontractor did  a nice job, the landscaping beds look great, and the yard is coming in pretty nicely.  Bob is rather responsive for a busy guy. I have recommended him to my neighbors and would not hesitate to hire him again. <br />

They were professional and very knowledgeable about the plants and placements.  <br /> They designed a stone bed around my new patio which turned out great. The workers were friendly and professional. <br /> I will use them again. <br />

<p>It was okay. They did a good job, but they were highly priced. It's hard to tell you. That was one of my issues with them. They had very bad feeling practices so they billed you for individual services as opposed to billing you for everything that you got done. So, I might get a bill one day for $65 for lawn cutting and then two days later I give another one for getting the hedges trimmed or stuff like that.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The billing procedures are erratic and make it very difficult for you to know what you're getting billed for and whether or not you have actually received the services that you're getting billed for.</p>

Perfectly! Estimate was handled accurately and professionally! They showed up promptly and the job was performed quickly and beautifully! The foreman on the job site introduced himself to me and he was an absolute delight. He called me boss! He hustled around making sure all of the workers were doing everything exactly right. The mulch material used in the job was of the premium quality I ordered and paid for, I wanted the higher quality and they delivered. The new bushes are healthy and in full bloom already! I could not be more pleased! I received a follow up call the next day from randy to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied. Only then did I receive a bill in the mail a few days later. I highly recommend Elite for your landscaping needs!

Elite has done a FANTASTIC job on all of my projects!  They are very punctual, easy to get a hold of, reasonably priced, and very well educated on  Lawn and Landscaping.  I was very impressed with the professionalism of all employees of the company. <br /> Great Job Elite!!!  Look forward to a continued relationship!!

Overall, I am pleased with the service that they provide. They do a very good job. However, their mothed of billing is sketchy. They don't bill monthly or send a single bill for all services provided in a day. In season I may get a bill on one day for basic services from the week before and then another bill for the periodic services which may or may not arrive the same day. Sometimes, I may not get a bill for two weeks and then will receive several for multiple cuts and varied services. This makes keeping track, a challenge for me. If I don't note it on the calender when I see evidence that they have been there, then I can only trust/assume that the billing is true and accurate. I don't like that very much, but overall, I give them a good grade for the service that they provide. <br /> <br /> Update: I ended up terminating use of this business due to the unpredictable billing. At the end of the season, I got a call indicating that had a credit balance of $45. Have no idea how that happened.... could be because the billing was crazy. At the beginning of the next season...miraculously, my credit balance was significantly less due to some service apparently that I was never informed of or billed for.

They are thorough, punctual and reasonable. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

Service was very good.  Came out and gave us estimate.  Provided service on time for cost that was agreed upon.
