Perfectly! Large area cleaned and polished, furniture moved floors looks great, stains were removed, very professional in every way

I had a broken piece of stone in my kitchen countertop, right in the front of the sink. There was a vein in the stone that I think water got in and eventually caused a crack. Eran quickly came and quoted the job for me and did the work the next day. He did the job fast and cleanly. The stone repair could have been a little smoother in my opinion, but it is well sealed and the glue matches the stone well and nobody will ever see the repair. While he was there, he re-caulked the entire sink to prevent that kind of crack from happening again. All in all, a great experience.

They did a great job overall. Very punctual, professional. The floors came out great overall, but the edges still need more work.

My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!

It went OK. I found the owner to be pretty aggressive in an unpleasant way. For that initial job he charged me a lot (I believe it was $450.00 to fix the finish on two 18x18 tiles). When he reminded me of Elite's minimum I asked him if he would seal two bathrooms. He said he'd to come back to do that. When he came back he charged me the minimum again to my surprise. When questioned he quite aggressively said each visit incurred the minimum charge and pointed me to his page on Angie's list. He got his money, but I don't think he will ever get my business again.

Reasonably well. On time, did good grout work, floor cleaned. Finished early only to realize had neglected to clean 2 bathrooms, then did a substandard job. I blame his helpers more than himself. When substandard areas were pointed out they were fixed but there was a little grumbling. I would use again, but I would make sure to walk him through each of the areas right before the job was to be done and point out specifically all of the problem areas that you want fixed in the moment.

I called Elite Marble Care immediately after calling some others who didn't return my call. I was surprised that the owner Eran answered the phone himself and he offered to come and look at it within 30 minutes on late Saturday afternoon. He said he would like to try to remove one of the scratches without having to sand the floor which is usually what needs to be done. He had everything in his truck and I was so excited to see he actually did remove the scratch. He offered to do the rest of the floor since he was already here. He was truly amazing and when he was done all of the scratches were gone. Eran is a true professional and knows his craft. He knew how upset I was and he was very caring. I can't thank him enough! I now have a beautiful shiny floor once again, even better than it was before.

<p>I want him to come back and restore the floor in a couple of years. He was also very informative, I learned stuff from him. I recommended him to someone else that wanted a marble floor via a personal email. </p>

They advertised they would take credit card. They didn’t take it when I was about to pay and they advertised that they would bring my marble back to original sign. It was the original sign. It was half way there but it was not like it was installed new. There’s still a bit of haziness but that might be limitations.

Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available.

Great Job! <br /> Our kitchen's marble floor has never been more beautiful. <br /> Eran and his team arrived on time early in the day, and performed the work in a professional manner, quietly and efficiently. I called Aren for a consultation and he was able to come by within a few hours that very day, and schedule the work within a two week time frame. Showed up exactly on time to perform the work. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This company is the real deal; my expectations for them, based on other reviews, were exceeded. The marble in our 8 year old kitchen is bright and stunning! Highly recommend Aren and his team. <br />

It went very well. Very professional. It was a big job and took the three men about 5 hours.  They were neat and clean, and left the job neat and clean. I expect we will have more work for them to do. <br />
