They did not do a good job. I was not happy with what they did for me.

Work was done professionally, with neighborhood disrupted as little as possible. Quality of work was exceptional. Provided written proposal which homeowner was able to use in contacting homeowners' association for approval of changes to outside of townhouse. Because the 2013-14 winter proved disruptive for outside work, Mr. Bertrand was forced to break the work into smaller pieces, but he made a special effort to replace the step down from the stoop and install the black iron handrail so we would have it available before a large snow storm arrived. We are particularly grateful for this special effort.

His work looks great, meets code requirements, and he was even willing to work in the rain to meet my schedule. I would definitely use Elite again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors! <br />

Tony fit me in around other jobs, which was in some ways great but also meant it was hard to predict when the service would occur. But I was very happy with the final result.  He was also responsive after it took me nearly two months to respond to his initial estimate (and his estimate stayed the same.)  My only advice is if you have a relatively small job to remain flexible. It seemed hard to schedule me around what i only assume were bigger, more time consuming projects.  But I'm very happy with the final result. <br />

he repair occurred on June 16, 2014.  His crew focused at the top of the chimney and the crown.   Two men performed the job for about 8 hours.  I asked him for an invoice which he provided.  It stated the top was repaired including a new masonry cap, new top flue liner, replace loose bricks on the top 3 courses and miscellaneous mortar joint point up to the top of chimney.   I guess what bothered me was the focus was on the top of the chimney.   I can honestly say I don't see any other repair other than at the very top of the chimney just below the crown area. <br /> His website, www.elitemason.com, shows a 10% discount for work of $650 and more.  I asked him about it.  He said I got a friends and family discount which is not reflected on my invoice. <br /> I also questioned the 2-year only warranty on the invoice since his website states: " Our owner has more than 20 years of experience in working with concrete, stone, and brick, and knows exactly how to handle any project. If this father of four feels like he can?t look a client in the eye and tell them their masonry work is good for 20 years, then he won?t do the work."  His invoice states the warranty only covers the work performed.  I certainly understand that. <br /> I sent him two e-mail messages dated June 18 following up on the work performed.  He never replied to them.  I sent him a message asking him to modify the date because the work was performed on June 16, not June 12.  No new receipt issued.  <br /> So, in summary: <br /> 1.  No 10% discount. <br /> 2.  No extended warranty on work performed. <br /> 3.  No correction to date on receipt to pass on to new owners. <br /> Very disappointed.  Bottomline:  Get your estimate with all conditions outlined in writing before the work is performed. <br /> <br />

It was all specialized concrete work to withstand the weight of the RV. It was an extensive excavation. He did an awesome job.

Tony and his crew did a fantastic job on our patio. Tony provided us an estimate and began the work on schedule.  The job was completed on time and as estimated.  We are extremely pleased with the work. The results are absolutely stunning. The workers at Elite Masonry were extremely nice and professional.  Highly recommended! <br />

The work was done in a timely and professional manner.  The owner was very responsive to all my calls related to the scope of the bid as well as the work that was being done.  I was very satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending or using Elite Masonry again.   <br /> One of the key things that I liked is that the owner was totally responsive to my Scope of Work even though it included items such as painting and power washing that other masonry companies refused to consider. This allowed me to deal with one company instead of two or three. <br />

Mr. Bertrand appraised the job in a very competitive range and insured all items necessary for the project were addressed in the appraisal. He met and exceeded our expectations. He was always on time cleaned up after himself. Mr. Bertrand was respectful of our neighbors properties while completing a very destructive process. And was always available to entertain their questions and possibility to do work for them. <br />

They were neat, prompt and disrupted our lives as little as possible.  The work was excellent.  We will use them again
