They were ok. They set traps and they told me they would come back and check the traps. I had to keep calling them to come back and set the traps. I had to go look at the traps to see if there was anything in there. They guarantee their work but 6 months later I got rodents again. I called them and they told me that would be another fee so I don’t consider that a guarantee. It was a big deal purchase.

The service man was friendly and efficient. He even hung a bat house I had purchased, putting it some 40 feet up in a tree.

They were outstanding. Every single staff member, employees that I've met has just been insanely polite, accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to get out of their way to answer questions or take care of problems. They're just great.

They were supposed to come to the house quarterly to inspect for termites.  They usually came and would leave a note saying they had inspected.  In fact they had not.  I actually observed them once stopping by the house and remaining inside the truck.  They then got out of the truck to leave a note stating they inspected.  Upon my inspection I discovered some of the bait traps were empty.  Also, when we had another company come out they discovered some termite activity.  When I notified Elite of this they said they would come out right away--they never came.  I finally dumped them. <br />

I was very pleased with the service, they were on time and explained the process.  I was asked what type of insects I had seen and in what areas of the house.  After treating my home, they informed me to call if I had any problems.  I will most certainly use this company again. <br />

It went well but the raccoon after many days moved herself and her babies out of the attic. The mother raccoon would not go into the baited trap but I think because of all the activity of Elite along with a hot attic she left on her own accord. <br />

I brought a pet into the house and I had them spray for fleas. The gentleman that came was very polite and helpful.

Very well.  It required for them to obtain a special trap to install on the wall of the house.  The only negative is that at some point they were recommending to create an opening on the ceiling sheet rock to access the space.  That would have been easier but would have made a mess and would have been hard to match the paint color.  It was not until I pushed them that they went with option B of getting the wall trap.  It worked well and young squirrels were trapped quickly.  Mother squirrel was already out. <br />

So far the service has been satisfactory. Very courteous and professional. Also punctual. Would use them again!

No problems at all, the folks are friendly and prompt. <br /> They explained how the discs worked and did termite control when a smal colony was discovered near the garage. <br /> They sprayed the walls for spiders. <br /> All in all, friendly, professional and courteous. <br /> No problems will definitely reccomend them to all. <br />

The guy was very professional and explained what he's going to do but but he was charging too much for the work.

They were on time, friendly and thorough. There is not much more that you can ask from a contractor. It is somebody who is worth at least to talk with and get some honest feedback from. I would recommend them. They did a thorough job of inspection and he reported what he saw. Probably, he was good.

House is a two-story on a slab, so no crawl space and smaller perimeter than if it were a ranch, for example. This affects the price very much. House had termite damage in 1997. Elite at that time took away the slab insulation foam that the pest had used to gain access, then did a complete treatment involving trenching the perimeter and drilling the garage, for $500. The annual contract payment, which includes one inspection and free re-treatment if necessary (it never was necessary), grew from $75 to $107 over the sixteen years till 2013. No termites in all that time. <br /> In 2013, instead of paying the $107 renewal, we decided to get a full re-treatment for $540 (using Termidor pesticide), which the company stated should last 17 years-ish. Since the last one lasted over 16 years, I believe them. One technician took between 3 and 4 hours to do the job. <br /> So quality of work here is proven. Pricing, too, is very good. To only increase from $500 to $540 over sixteen years for the exact same amount of work (and the exact same amount of chemical) is really good. Better, since we would normally have had to pay $107 for this year's renewal but opted instead for the $540 full re-treatment, it really only cost us an additional $433. <br /> Caveat: it may cost you more than this, since our price was based on a long-time customer relationship. But you WILL get good quality service. <br /> Happy camper. <br />

Elite Pest Control were very responsive, arrived on time and called 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way and to review the directions to my house.  They arrived in uniform and showed me their ID's.  They asked questions to make sure that their work order was accurate and covered my concerns.  We were having large black ants outside and inside of our home.  They looked at our deck and found where they were nesting and immediately sprayed the area.  They continued to spray around the house and window sills where the ants were coming into the house. <br /> They reviewed my options of pest control that they offer, were not pushy on trying to sell me anything I did not need.  I would highly recommend this family business.  They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional.. <br />

I use Elite for termite control on one of my properties and also for general pest control needs.  They have been very profesional and <br /> responsive.  Focussed on solving the issue at hand, not just taking your money like some service companies. <br /> Have continued to use them for several pest related situations.  Would recommend them to others.h <br />

There is nothing that I don't like about them. I don't have a big need for pest control so I won't be using them again.

It went well as usual.  They arrive on time and do good work.  They will even treat for a specific pest at no extra charge.

I have an annual contract with them for pest control. They do regular outside maintenance. If you have any indoor problems or any other issues, they will come out and do that for free.
