Overall great experience - they called to set up the estimate w/in 5 minutes of my request, and sent Blanco out the next day. He was very efficient and helpful during the consultation, even suggesting some different options for the exterior lighting we were replacing. When the estimate needed a revision he got it done fast, and started the work the very next day (a Saturday!). The work done so far has been top quality, and I have no doubt that will continue with the last couple of items that will be finished this week.

This was an outstanding and excellent service. Professionalism and demeanor is the best way to start. Telling me the date and time as well as being exactly punctual means everything to me as a customer. I had been planning to redo my kitchen for more than 4 years, but because of the horror stories I've heard, I was very hesitant in who I was going to choose. I would not choose any other company than Elite Power. As a business owner myself, that's the most professional company I have ever dealt with. "When we learned very quickly that electricity was something best left to the experts, Elite power up was our first call--and our only call. We had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once I met Blanco at Elite power up we stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Blanco was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. They even sent us a thank you note in appreciation for our business. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic (and commitment to a job well done) these days. Thank you for your help, Elite! Excellent company to work with. They are very clean and take care of stuff by lying down protective mats. Blanco did my ceiling recess lights on my pergola and they came out spectacular. They also installed my Ring doorbell. Him and his crew were very professional, well presented and cleaned up everything after themselves. 5 stars all around!!!

I highly recommend Elite Power Up for any electrical needs. Just had a complete rewire done along with the electrical panel upgrade and a Tesla charging station installed. Pricing was good and everything was handled very professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything really good. I give them 5 stars all around.
