This was a 5day job Eric Zavala was my technician Mr Zavala was very respectful, very professional and very aware of safety Covid Protocol. I would definitely highly recommend Elite Rooter as well as Eric Zavala Thank you so much Eric and Elite Plumbing.

They were nice here at all hours before i signed contract once they got paid and started the job they got sloppy. When i started complaining then they wouldn't return my calls. would i recommend them? NO!

Melissa was a dream to communicate with and schedule the appointment. I contacted them late at night and my appointment was scheduled the very next morning. They even accommodated a last minute change in my schedule with tremendous courtesy and care. Luis - a senior technician - was an absolute rockstar to work with. He was able to diagnose the issue accurately and efficiently. He was on time, communicative, and so professional. I cannot recommend Elite rooter with enough enthusiasm. I'll be a return customer for life.

It was amazing Chris and Andy did an amazing job. They used a newer method called trenchless were they dug a 4 by 4 hole by the house and one by the street and used a hydraulic pull machine fusing SDR17 pipe approx 60ft from the house to the street using 2 blue band strong back bands rated for 80 pounds keeping root intrusion out. They gave me a 50 year warranty on all work performed parts,labor and material. I'd definitely use them again very honest,professional and efficient

I called Elite Rooter to come out and check out my kitchen sink , and they were able to get it unclogged super quick , they were very professional and kept me in the loop while the work was being done.
