Tech was on time and service was quick. Problem is worst in summer and fall. 1st repeat treatment was the same. Problem greatly reduced.

Ryan was extremely professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and obviously is up to date on all the latest developments concerning chemical pest control. We ended up using an environmentally friendly control agent that is the same as what you apply to your dog or cat to control fleas, but at an even lower dose. It was completely effective, the ants were eliminated and have seen no evidence of any more since the treatment. Ryan also took the time to look over the rest of the structure to look for any other problems, but fortunately, there weren't any. Very happy with the work, and would not hesitate to call again.

I stumbled upon a large yellow jacket nest while clearing out my backyard. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I couldn't kill the nest despite my best (and painful) efforts. I called several pest control companies in Northern Virginia and decided to hire Elite after talking to the owner, Ryan. He scheduled a next-day appointment, although offered to come out that night. On the day of the appointment, Ryan called 40 minutes ahead and showed up EXACTLY on-time. He was extremely friendly and professional, and took his time precisely locating the nest, which was well-concealed. He finally located and treated it with both dust and spray, then guaranteed the yard for 90 days, which will take us well into dormancy for any other colonies. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and will gladly call and refer Elite for our future pest needs.

Great. They come back if you spot more insects that they sprayed for with a great attitude and don't treat you like it was a bother. Have only seen one insect indoors since they sprayed almost 2 months ago. Outdoors they are recurrent, but they explained there's only so much you can do about that with weather conditions and such.

Great.. He put baits in the attic and said he'd be back to check on them. Also. to call any time I heard the mouse again, free of charge. I haven't heard any more scampering! Also, needed a termite inspection/treatment. He explained what needed to be done and when, so I hired him for that. I've definitely been given wrong info. from 2 other companies. He is very honest and explains things very well.

I was very impressed with Ryan. He knew exactly where to look to find where the problem was coming from and how to treat it. He was very professional and informative. He took time to explain everything to me. I felt very confident that he would solve the problem. I would definitely recommend him, and would give him an A+!
