We had a shower project that we had started, but due to time constraints could not finish. Elite Tile Systems were able to assess the project, provide advice, and tile the shower beautifully. We will absolutely be using them again for any tile projects.

Michael gave me an estimate on taking everything out of my bathroom, including tile, vanity, and enlarging my opening to my shower. They wrapped everything up before doing so. stairs were covered. When they took everything out and took everything away, there was no dust or evidence that were there.
They began to put the tiles on. Jayson worked tirelessly on making sure the tiles were right and balanced. Jayson is excellent in what he does. They had to add plywood on the floor according to code. I had some grout on the tile. Michael took care of it. Excellent work and cost!!

Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!

I would highly recommend Elite Tile Systems for any tile project in your home or business. I have utilized their services on three separate projects over the past fifteen years, fireplace, kitchen and laundry room. Their performance is exemplary, from ordering tile, delivery, installation and clean up. I cannot say enough about their craftsmanship, true artisans with attention to detail. You can relax and feel confident they will deliver with outstanding results!

Michael responded promptly to my request for an estimate to repair the tile floor in my shower. After I sent some pictures of the repair needed, he was able to respond very quickly to get the repair done. He wanted to do the repair in two stages - one day to glue the tiles down and the second day to do the grout. He came the first day and meticulously cleaned the area and glued the tile in place. Today he finished the job as scheduled. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the care he put into the work. It looks great. I will use him again if I need any additional work of this type done.

We weren't expecting to have to have the floors in our downstairs replaced, it was a very stressful situation but from the moment Michael visited our house to assess the situation he made us feel like everything would be okay and he was absolutely right! His team did great work, they were very professional and Michael stopped in every day to check on how things were going. We couldn't have had a better experience.

They were excellent to work with and very pleasant. They took the time to answer all the questions we asked. They completed the project in just 3 days. The quote was reasonable and fell in line with other quotes we had received on the project. They arrived on time and each day they cleaned the area before leaving. We asked for the tile to be laid in a particular pattern and they did an awesome job of laying it, which took skill. If I need the services of a tiler in the future, I would not hesitate to contact them again.

I hired Elite Tile Systems to remove all the old floor and tub-surround tiles in my main bathroom. They did a fabulous job! Michael Yazbek, the project manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. And the price was very reasonable, in fact, lower than some other bids I had. The crew was friendly and professional, and got the job done promptly and with no unnecessary delays. They also had great recommendations for an electrician and a plumber, both of whom I will use again. I would hire Elite Tile Systems for any other tile work I might need in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Michael and team are amazing to work with. We have used them twice now for all three bathrooms. Professional and pleasant to work with, and the pricing is competitive. I would pay a little extra to work with them again, the team works with you to understand your needs before taking one step and the end product was perfect.

Superb job from start to finish. The project manager Michael was very responsive, always on time and providing clear communication. He addressed all of my concerns and made some great suggestions. He was truly awesome - could not have asked for a better project manager. The installer, Dorian, did a great job. The quality of work was exceptional and everything was perfect including the smallest details. All in all, I could not be more pleased with my new tile kitchen floor.

Wonderful company--excellent customer service, straightforward and direct, experienced. They do what they promise to do and do it well, even when they find the unexpected--rotted wood in the shower framing. Very impressed with their skills. So glad we found them, as they were the only company who understood what we wanted (replace shower floor). The other companies wanted to do a complete remodel at 3x the cost and time. They cleaned up at the end of each day and explained the schedule. Michael, Project Manager, is very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend.

I had previously used Elite Tile Systems for a similar repair 12 years earlier. I contacted them and Michael (my technician) replied and made an appt to examine my shower. Michael came out, examined the shower, discussed a couple of possibilities with me, and we agreed on a solution. The repair was scheduled for a week later. Michael came out as scheduled and made the repair (new backerboard and replacing loose tiles). He applied drop clothes to the entrance way of my home to facilitate clean-up. The repair was made as expected and Michael was very courteous and professional throughout the process. He also applied grout to missing areas in/outside the shower as a complimentary service. I am very pleased!

From the first phone call to job completion, the process was flawless. Michael was responsive, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. The installers were equally impressive and each had many years of experience. Michael and the installers consistently communicated with us throughout the process. They offered their considerable expertise whenever we asked for advice and worked hard to provide the best results possible. The end result is a masterpiece. The cost was realistic and competetive. Over the years, we have worked with many contractors and our experience with Elite ranks among the most exceptional. We enthusiastically recommend Elite without reservation.

The tile was installed at a competitive price. Baldomero and the rest of the crew started when they said they would, worked carefully and hard to finish the job, cleaned up when finished and did excellent work. The floor is beautiful! Michael was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly and always responded promptly, making sure we understood what to expect and offering good advice when we needed it. We would highly recommend Elite Tile!
