We used Elliott & Son for pretty much every project they were willing to perform when we built our house. They did our grading, water & septic lines, driveway install, LOTS of tree removal - they did it all and did it well. Bryan and his team were courteous, professional, always on time, and never disappointed. Bryan was always incredibly thorough on what needed to be completed (and why) and up front and accurate with cost. They were so easy and enjoyable to work with, I will absolutely hire them to come help with future projects!

We decided to use Elliott and Son Excavating because the business was suggested multiple times by other excavating companies (our project was too small). Elliott was right on time when we first met and was great to work with. Together we devised a plan and scheduled the work. His crew showed up on time, did the work as expected, and cleaned up the area after each day. He kept in constant communication with me and even helped us with an addiitonal area that needed to be cleared. I would definitely use Elliott and Sons again!

Bryan has become a friend to the family. We first met him when he was clearing our neighbors yard of trees for a breathtaking view. When asked to expand onto our property, he didn’t hesitate. He took on the job immediately after our neighbors to save us both time and save me money. We gave him our vision and he took our woods and turned it into a dream spot for our first and only forever house build. We get so many compliments of our million dollar view. He has been back multiple times and is always on time, thorough and professional.

We had a failing steel culvert underneath our driveway which caused our driveway to collapse. TDOT has an easement for it, but was initially refusing to fix it. We called and Bryan was extremely prompt on coming out and assessing the situation. He was able to quickly arrange and install steel road plates so that we could get in and out of our property. TDOT eventually agreed to repair the driveway, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any excavation need. The honesty and integrity that Bryan, his son, and crew showed was such a bright spot in a very stressful time.

Elliott and Sons did a great job excavating my basement and prepping the yard for seeding. Would definitely use them again for any work needed. Always on time and never had to wonder what was going on as they kept me up to date on everything. Great company and top of line equipment too.

These guys were exceptional! Brian was responsive, informative and flexible. His guys were nothing short of miracle workers. They took a job that two other bidders said couldn't be done by one company and they did it. And cleaned up after themselves. I hope I never have a job like this again, but if I do, I'm going with Elliott and Son.
