I had carpenter ants destroying a window sill. Rodney worked around my schedule as I advised him that I wanted the ants exterminated immediately, but was not immediately available. He is very courteous and professional. He explained my ant infestation problem and discussed the treatment. He also treated my yard which was full of ant mounds. I would definitely use Ellis County Pest again for my other pest problems.

In my opinion, he was very professional and knew his business. He arrived at the scheduled time for both of his appointments. I informed him of what I thought the problem was, termites. He inspected the area, came back to inform me that the problem was not termites. ( I was very pleased with that piece of information) I had several limbs of a tree hanging over my roof and he cut them off for me. He went above and beyond to assist me with my problem. I was very pleased with his service.
