<p>El came and gave us an estimate.  We negotiated on the siding price.  He and his crew arrived on schedule, power washed the building, sanded the roof rust spots, washed the spots, and then painted.  At the same time as painting the second coat on the roof, his crew put two layers of stain on the siding.   The crew was always on schedule, given the weather, and were always professional.</p> <p>Absolutely hire El's for all your painting needs.  We had tried for many years to find someone to paint he metal roof and couldn't find anyone in the local area.  El came when he said he would and finished the job on time.  El's may be a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for, in this case, a quality job.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br /> </p>
