"Mr. [Member Name Removed] hired us as 1 of the multiple contractors he was working with, fixing a vacant property. Before starting the job, we took a video capturing the dust and paint stains all over the house- as we aren’t taking responsibility for previous work done on the house! The mentioned paint stains and dust were all over the floor/house- BEFORE WE STARTED THE JOB (Videos been taken and shown to owner as well). Floor installed was a small section where the wall was removed. Since the house was built with 2 different levels of flooring, the customer asked to build a "ramp" to connect both areas. And so we did. We provide basic cleaning throughout the remodel process, however, the customer expected us to provide detailed cleaning for the floor in order to remove the previous paint stains caused by another source. During the project we ran into a few issues with Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We sent our crew twice to get the repairs he requested done, however, he refused to open the door and let us in. Trying to communicate with him in a professional way didn’t go well either, he would yell, cuss, and use inappropriate words. Eventually, communication stopped as he ignored our repeated calls. Note: Mr. [Member Name Removed] still has a balance due for the service provided, he uses unjustified excuses for his dissatisfactions, yet wouldn’t let us make any adjustments to make him 100% happy. Also, he claimed he paid $1100 for “cleaning services”, amount that makes no sense for such a small property. All, to avoid paying his balance due. Mr. [Member Name Removed]’s attempt to damage our company’s name will be unsuccessful. For years, we have been performing many projects each month, we have a lot of good feedback and happy customers that trust us with their projects. We provide high-quality work for good people! **WE STAND BEHIND OUR PROFESSIONAL WORK AND ARE WILLING TO SEND OUR CREW AS MANY TIMES AS NEEDED TO ACHIEVE OUR COSTUMER’S SATISFACTION."
"Thank you very much it was a pleasure working with you"
