I would highly recommend E. Mays Plumbing. Eric, the owner, was excellent with his follow-up communication, professionalism and service. My new faucets look great and I would definitely hire him again.

I was very fortunate to find E Mays Plumbing. I had a terrible water heater and Eric was the only plumber that gave me a easy to find list of materials at home depot along staying in communication with me leading up to the project. When the job was finished my new installed water heater worked perfectly and there was no mess to clean. Eric also pointed out a issue I had with my washer water outlet box which was leaking and beginning to deteriorate which is likely to save me money down the road.

Employee was very polite. Explained what he thought caused the blockage in plumbing that is brand new. Will definitely hire him again.

E Mays Plumbing was prompt to respond to my inquiries & came within 24 hours on both occasions I requested services. During the first visit, Mr. Mays showed me how to fix the problem with the water heater in order to save me money (rather than replacing the part or the entire water heater.) After a few weeks, I decided I wanted to replace the entire unit. Mr. Mays came to my home that same day & efficiently installed the new unit & hauled away the old one. He was very professional & even asked permission to pull into my garage in order to load the old water heater onto his truck. I will definitely call E Mays Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Our old diverter just was stuck in the "shower" position. Eric went and got the parts but had to go back to the hardware store to return and get the correct part. We never was given the receipt for the parts. Eric did show me the receipt but I didn't have my glasses on and he took the receipt with him when he left. The one part of the replacment didn't fit, so he just put the old part back on and took (the part that he said didn't fit) with him. When he was asked to return because the spout/diverter was was leaking he did come right back. However the problem of leaking is still happening and it wasn't leaking before his service call. So we're a little disappointed with that. His solution is to make the pipe longer (spend more money) but the pipe was fine with the old spout/diverter. Our old diverter just was stuck in the "shower" position. He's a nice young man but I think he's inexperienced. And he should take a job out of his normal area if he's going to complain about have to come back to fix his work. He complained it cost him $40 in gas. Sorry kiddo, I told him our address and he could have said it was too far. So in that respect he's a little immature.

His skills for plumbing was excellent, i used him twice he did a good job on both of the job,his website are easy to use and i will continue to use his services in the future.
