<p>From start to finish, my husband and I, were very happy with every aspect our chimney rebuild. Eric was prompt and very communicative. Every question was answered enthusiastically and without judgment. I asked a lot of questions but he never seemed to mind the time taken to explain and sometimes reassure me of something. Also, he and his crew worked tirelessly with me to get the look I was after even if this meant reworking an area. </p> <p>They showed up on time and in good spirits. They worked well together and were very respectful not only of us but of our neighbors as well, right down to their choice of music played on the job site. I know this might not seem important but it was the attention to detail, and listening to our wants of a pleasant work environment for us and our neighbors due to their close proximity, that really impressed me. They were a pleasure to work with and that is saying a lot. Eric takes pride in his work and truly cares about a happy customer. When asked to go outside of his comfort zone in trying something new, he greeted it with excitement and openness. </p> <p>I have worked with a lot of tradesmen who are too afraid to think outside of the box, what I call No men. Well, I would definitely call Eric a Yes man. When asked if we could try a new kind of chimney cap, his reply, with a smile, was, ?Yea. We can do that!? It was a chance for him to shine and he didn?t shy away or disappoint. Not only is the rebuilt chimney beautiful, but he also worked on a smaller chimney to make the two cohesive. The overall look has done so much for the appearance of our home. </p> <p>I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you really care about the finessing that an artist can bring. <p>The result was beautiful, especially since they were able to restore the 60 year old steps to their former glory.</p> <p>We no longer had to worry when going up or down, and they did a great job. Eric and crew were easy to work with.</p> <br />

The job went very well. The people I interacted with were professional.

The crew showed up exactly on time, Eric, the owner and head man, was polite and cooperative, and extremely professional. He is completely straight forward and explains everything in detail. He is willing to listen to and answer questions and was never dodgy or elusive. <br /> The crew of 3 men went right to work and got most of the job done on the first day. On the second day he finished, cleaned up very thoroughly and was gone before noon. <br /> The thing I liked the most was Ericand quot;s extra attention to detail. Because this chimney went up through my new roof, I was very worried about l leaks. Eric did a super job of re-flashing the chimney, in fact, he told me that he corrected 2 small weak spots that the roofers had missed. I felt very confident about the superior quality of the work. <br /> These guys do it right, I give them my highest rating. <br />

Eric Przybycien and his crew were very professional. Eric visited the house to assess the project and provided us with a detailed estimate. Once we signed the contract the work was scheduled. The crew arrived on time each day and they were very respectful of our property. They cleaned up every night taking all trash with them. <br /> Eric is very knowledgeable about all things chimney and all things masonry. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions (even the mundane ones.) He explained everything in terms that we could understand. We were confident that he and his crew would do a great job. Once the job was completed we were EXTREMELY happy with the work. First class job! Our chimney looks brand new. <br /> I would hire these guys again without hesitation. If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable and thorough craftsmen, these are your guys. <br />

My call was answered promptly and professionally. They were able to squeeze me in the next day for an estimate. They showed up on schedule and completed the job efficiently. They even came in under the original estimate. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needed masonry work and they would be the first call I would make if I ever needed any as well. <br />

Eric does an excellent job. This was the second project that he did for me. He offers ideas for the best way to do the job right and not add cost. When he makes a commitment, he can be counted on to be there and not exceed the estimate. Technical and construction skills are first class. Eric was also willing to do a couple of other small jobs with the equipment already there. He will not be the lowest quote but will provide the most value and reliability. <br />

The work was performed over four days. Eric and his crew arrived to set up their scaffolding on the first day. I was impressed with the set-up that provided for safe and efficient wok on the roof top. Supplies were stored neatly at the end of the day and everything was left in good order. Although we cannot comment on the price since we chose not to obtain multiple quotes, it was very clear to us from the beginning that Eric was a consummate professional. Perhaps we could have saved some money by contracting with another tradesman, but were convinced that we would have sacrificed quality and possibly have had to deal with the problem again down the road. Once Eric completed the job, my husband, Jim, asked if he could climb on the roof and take a look at his work, not to “inspect” but because he was genuinely interested. Eric was more than happy to show him exactly what he had done and explain the whole process. Jim commented to me, “Eric really loves what he does. He is a true artist.” We recommend, unreservedly, EMC Masonry for all your masonry needs. <br /> <br /> <br />

They did a wonderful job and I was confident in them doing the job. I called them up in the spring to come and look at the chimney because it had a lightish color to it, he was supposed to stop by but he never did but other than that I was very satisfied. I would recommend them. He wasn't the cheapest but he was the most expensive.

I would highly recommend EMC Masonry, Eric and his team are ver y hardworking professionals and have created a chimney that is a beautiful, eye-catching feature of our new house. <br />

They came right away and gave me a good price as a sr. citizen. They said it was fine.

Since Eric is not 100% sure the leak repair is final he promised that he will take care of this problem as long as necessary

Eric and his crew (the two Nicks) were wonderful. They showed up when they said they would and did the work with dedication and attention to detail. Eric is a true artist and craftsman. He added special details to the work, was very attentive to city code issues, and the final product is truly a work of art. It was a delight to have him and his crew around. They were polite, respectful and fun to have around the house. They did their best to minimize the intrusion to us and were very appreciative of things we did (provide snacks and beverages) to make their experience with us enjoyable. When they left they cleaned up beautifully. We would hire them again and recommend them to others.
