Jim seem very experienced in the work. he knew what to look for and found the problem. he took pictures of the relays and went over the work that was needed and took care of the problem.

Jim showed up a little late but completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant to work with. Would call again if other work is needed.

I was totally pleased with Jim and his ability to respond to my call on a Sunday and also work on issues over a weekend. Had to have him to trace a gas leak issue, and then the following day had to call him on a separate call out on an AC failure.

Jim worked on our hot water tank earlier this spring and did a fabulous job, so we called him again to service our outdoor heat pump. Both times he was very punctual, was a good communicator and did the work that needed to be done, saving us money in the long run. Our hot water tank works great now, and so does our air conditioning! I highly recommend calling Emerald Air for future installations or repairs.

My sick HVAC system was a repair money pit. Jim went into great detail of explaining the causes in a technical language that I could understand. When I gave him the install/repair history, he tried to get me some warranty relief but to no avail. After he did a home energy audit, and recommended a replacement system that was more efficient for less money then what I paid for the present system 4 yrs. ago. After researching what he told me about the properties of R-410 coolant and the problems caused by sloppy HVAC installation, I bought his recommended system. His work is excellent and he encouraged my questions as he worked.

Jim called me almost as soon as I made the request and came out within a couple of hours. He immediately found the broken part and fixed it for much cheaper than replacing the unit.
