Avoid this company. We contracted them to remove asbestos from our house. What they did was fine, but it's not all done, and they have been ignoring my request to finish the work. We have three issues with them: 1) the day they came to do the work they raised their price, saying they hadn't seen one part of the cellar when doing the initial estimate. Their initial estimate was good, so I agreed with the new price, but in hindsight I wonder if this was an honest mistake. 2) they didn't remove all the asbestos, and the people who are trying to insulate those pipes are refusing to work there until it's cleaned up. 3) they answered my initial call asking them to come back and finish, and asked for pictures. We sent them 12 pictures, but since then they have not answered any of my calls or emails, asking them to finish the work. It has now been almost a month since my initial email. We're very easy going people, and rarely complain. But leaving the job partly done has left us in a real bind, with a cellar full of pipe insulation we can't use until we find someone else to come and finish the work these folks started.
