Everything went fine. They came out when they said they would. They did the work, and gave me a 15 year warranty. We just recently had some really bad storms, and everything is holding up fine. They were very nice, and clean as well. They did not take a long time to do the work. This was my first time using them, and would highly recommend.

It went very, very good. The owner came out himself with his worker. They were very, very nice. They explained everything to me. It only took about 4 hours. They cleaned everything up.

The team was on-time daily throughout the four day project. They worked steadily and carefully and cleaned up debris daily. The team was very pleasant and communicated well. They were not stymied by the surprise of the hidden termite damage and replaced the damage quickly and thoroughly without delaying the project. There were no price changes or up-front money - just payment in full when they finished which I happily provided because I was so satisfied with all they did and how professionally they performed. Plus their price was a little less than my insurance settlement. I won on all counts and would hire them again without wasting time shopping around. <br />

They are very good. They did an excellent job. They have been in this business for a long time and the people that worked over here were just really nice people.
