The winter visit they were good, summer visit went well with the technician and I had no problem. They said they would schedule an appointment to put in the parts they said I needed. The receptionist called and said they don't have the parts but they will schedule the service for a different date which was 8/17/18. The technician came with someone else and we went over all that needed to be installed. He looked at the unit and said I needed a new ac and I said that's not what was told to me before, that it can still be serviced for a few more years. The technician said they gotta go and they stopped the work. They said they would come back on 8/22/18 and they didn't come back. I then called the receptionist and she was shocked to hear that. She rescheduled for the 23rd and that didn't happen. Finally was scheduled for the 29th because they didn't ave the part. They didn't come so I called and spoke with Troy, the manager. I asked to speak to Barry, the original contact person that came out the first time. I told the supervisor that they did fulfill the service call. He told me that he doesn't know me. That this is the first time hearing about it but he was at my house. I explained to him and he said he does remember. I went into detail and he got frustrated with me and told me to go with someone else. I had him calm down because I paid money for the service agreement and still wanted the service. He said he would call me back later to assist me but I never received a call back and its now the 14th of September. Overall, the company and technician were very nice to deal with up until I spoke with the supervisor regarding my issues.

Been using Emery for a number of years and they are great. Did a price comparison and they came in noticeably lower with a comparable product. Very happy with service techs who did the install very neatly (especially given air handler was in the attic).

Everything checked out and passed the maintenance checkup. Emery has installed the new air conditioner within the last 2 years and have always been professionable and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our system.

A/C not working, called The Emery Company" for a service call. Barry, the technician, was on time. He was very polite, very efficient, had it fixed in no time. He had to replace the capacitor.

Stay away from emery air and heat he does not know what he's doing he misses simple problems with units I had him out to service my unit he missed a simple problem with the unit it was leaking refrigerant and the thermostat was also bad tried to charge me $600 for vent covers that I did not need no invoice before he ordered the product he just decided to order it <br />

You mother does have a problem with the vents. We did order them, and when we told her they were in, she said she didnt want them installed right now but to bring them by and she would pay us for them. We knew she was upset, so we did not charge for anything."

They came and serviced unit and found leak. They add new type of Freon. the ac unit had 5 yr. warranty, the labor was going to be 800 - 1200 to put it in. I thought that was high, but said to go ahead. After he left, I did some checking and found that was very high. I had another company come out today who found the leak. they said their cost to install was $273. I did not have Emery do the the install.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], thank you for allowing Emery Air to come to your home and service your a/c. I know you feel the $800 was high, but I don't feel that just pulling out your coil and evacuating and putting back in, is the right way to handle the job. The right way is to unweld the freon lines outside after pumping down the system, storing freon in outside unit, closing service valves and unweld the freon lines, unwelding the evaporator coil and flush out the lines. The freon 410A uses synthetic oil. It absorbs moisture which causes acid that can eat the finish off the windings of the compressor, causing it to short out over time. We install a liquid line dryer and a suction line acid dryer, then after 40 hours of run time remove the suction dryer and return to normal operation. That is why the price was 800-1200 dollars.
