Fantastic and hired them for 6 times. They are on time. Very reasonable.

They did a fine job. They do what I asked them to do.

Service was good. Mr. Emge, the owner, was direct and honest with the cost, issues/constraints that I had with my driveway. His team did a good job as expected and Mr. Emge came to inspect and even finished up the trouble spots himself. I appreciated that he recognized the constraints and issues I had and he did what he could to improve my drainage issues. Cost seemed fair given other quotes - but wasn't the cheapest.

The job was 2 straight driveways and a connecting loop. They laid the asphalt starting in the carport. They did not compress roll this area since they "couldn't" get their roller into the carport. It was only the roll bar of the roller that hindered this, and it could have been removed, but wasn't. Therefore, the asphalt is very coarse and not well compacted. The asphalt used differed (load by load) in composition throughout the job, some more coarse, some less... so some areas are nice and compact, others are rough and gravelly. I have an upper and lower drive with a connecting loop. In the connecting loop section, there is a slight incline. The asphalt show signs that it "slid" since they did not score the old underlying asphalt. Along the edges in multiple areas, the new asphalt is cracking off in chunks. I had Mr. Emge come out to address some of the issues. He had a crew (2 people) apply trowel patching and some tar tape, but this is just covering poor workmanship. They also spray coated sealer on the entire driveway. Again, whitewash the original poor work. They also placed a drain line under the driveway and used the light-weight expanding drainline. I hope it holds up, not being the proper drain line for sub-grade usage. this drain line has the low point in the middle, under the driveway. Not the best for drainage.

They did an excellent job and didn't try to sell me on extra work that wasn't needed. Driveway looks flat, even and well contructed. Never though an asphalt driveway could look so nice!

It took the company 2 days to complete the job. They dug out the dirt, put down gravel and then layed asphalt over the whole driveway. <br />

Except for the rain (showed me I needed to do some gutter/downspout work), everything went great.
