Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
The proprietor of E&M, Pablo Ramos, was hired for an annual maintenance contract. Approximately halfway through the term, he and his team ceased performing the work and in effect "quietly quit" the job. Numerous promised completion dates were missed while various after-the-fact excuses were proffered. Pablo and his team are chronically unreliable and should be avoided at all costs.
