Carlos and Leo are two shameless liars. He told me to give him $7750 to be used to order tiles and work permits. I sent him the money 10/10/22 and he didn't order tiles until 11/11/21 he lied to me. He told me that he had worked 3 1/2 days and he worked 2 days and said that job was 90% done.He wanted me to pay for the 90% of work when job was only 60% done. He claimed tiles were delayed due to COVID, but they were late because he ordered them late. Everytime I called to ask about tiles he would tell me a different story. He doesn't have any insurance. Emmanuel roofing isn't a responsible company. Carlos has been fooling people for years using your ok money to finish someone else work and that could end badly. Customers lose money when they claim adjustment on insurance because he delays it more than needed. Be sure to ask him when he ordered tiles and when they will be delivered and when he gets permits.
