Thus far, I have had a terrible experience with Emmons Pest Control. I hired Tyler for a bat removal on my house, which I fully paid for and it was never completed. Tyler came to my home on 9/30/22 to begin a bat exclusion. He sealed areas of my home and installed a bat valve, but it takes time for the bats to leave on their own through the bat valve. He requested the full payment at that time, so I paid him. At my request, he provided a receipt that also indicated that it includes a 1-year warranty. But 23 days later, the bats remained. When I asked Tyler about this, he claimed that it could take up to 3 months for them to be removed when they are active. This information conflicted with what I was told by 2 other bat removal companies, and everything I read online. That was my first red flag. I asked Tyler to come check on the areas he sealed, but he did not respond. I then got up on my roof and took pictures of the ridge vent that he had not properly sealed. He eventually confirmed the ridge vent was not appropriately sealed and said he ordered meshing to place over the vent. On the day he was supposed to install it, he claimed they sent him the wrong one. Then he claimed they sent him another wrong one again. On 11/9/22, he said he was going to drive himself to pick up the correct one. That was the last time I heard from him. The bats do eventually hibernate for the winter, so I gave it time. Eventually I started contacting Tyler to plan for when he could complete the sealing and schedule for checking in the spring. However, he will not respond to any of my messages. Over the last month, I have left him multiple voicemails, texts, and emails absolutely no response. The bats are still there. I now worry that he took my entire payment and that I will lose that money and have to hire a new company.

I used Tyler to eliminate bats in the attic. Paid him quite dearly (amazing how much to rid bats). He provided a one year guarantee. Initially he was very responsive and was happy to have found him through HOME ADVISOR. He informed me bats could only be extracted in August after they migrated. That was fine, I waited a couple months, he came end of August, installed a one way door (that he never removed later). Unfortunately the bats returned at the start of the next season (much less than a year). I have been trying to get him back to correct the issue for a few months. After not initially responding, he finally sent me a message that he would be out to correct when the bats migrate in August. He never came back. After sending repeated messages , he told me his grandmother died (I hope he was telling me the truth). I offered condolences and advised I would wait until all was settled. A couple weeks go by and again do not hear from him so I send more messages. He finally responded and told me his mother died. I again offer my condolences and again patiently wait for him to get back with me. He finally gives me a date but never shows. I have sent several more messages and received no response.

I have used this company twice for mice. The first time he was great. This last time I paid him in advance to buy pest control items. He took the money and did not come back. I have called and texted many times. No response. Very disappointed.

Before you pay this company make sure that the services are been rendered, he is not trustful.

Tyler saved us big time. We were quoted nearly $10k to eradicate a "mouse problem" in our attic. Tyler told us he'd do it for next to nothing and we he came out, he found that there was actually no mice in the attic and we were being scammed by a major corporation (TERMINIX- BEWARE!). He truly cares about his customers and he will be our new guy for all our pest control needs! So grateful we found him!

he never told me about the set up charges, he set up the trap and 8 days latter since he did not contact or communicate with me I called him and requested to come and get his trap, he responded that he was coming to work at my house. I requested not to come at night time like he did the first time. (10pm)

Tyler came out one day after I spoke to him. Clear communication and efficient work. I would highly recommend.

I knew it would be a long shot on news years day and in the rain, but my cat had been stuck in a tree for two days and I couldnâ  t get him to come down. Tyler responded very promptly and showed up within an hour and had my cat down in 10 minutes. He was very polite and I canâ  t thank him enough for retrieving my beloved boy Morris. Highly recommended.

The exterminator arrived in a very timely manner after requesting his service. He made sure not to make a mess in my house with the ladder that was necessary to get the bat down. He wasted no time and just grabbed the bat with his glove and gently let him fly out the window. I highly recommend this exterminator to anyone in need of pest removal.

Called on a Friday afternoon and Tyler responded to my inquiry immediately. He offered to come the next day which I was not able to accommodate but he was available according to my schedule. He has a very engaging personality and we talked thoroughly about the gnat issue I was experiencing prior to him explaining to me the process and the pet and human friendly chemicals he would use and where he would use them to rid the gnats in my home. He explained I would see a difference in hours , which I did and told me that in two weeks they should be eliminated from my home. He went on to explain I f that was not the case he committed to come back and spray again. And in addition he has a 60 day guarantee to come back if the problem is not resolved. Tyler was very knowledgeable and prior to his finishing the work asked if I had any questions. Love to support small business owners and I would certainly use Emmons services again as well as recommend Tyler to family, friends and acquaintances.
