Empire Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

I thought the service was very good. That one was sort of my fault for not reading the fine print. I thought it was going to be more than just steam cleaning. So, that one was my error. The service was good. The person was very prompt coming out. I liked the cost and because they didn?t use a cleaner, it wasn?t really what I wanted, but that was my error. For the service, I guess the price was comparable, I don?t know what?s comparable for steam cleaning, so I would have to say an ?A? for price rating. Again, it was the steam cleaning, so I can?t fault the person for the steam cleaning. He absolutely did do exactly what was in the description.  <br /> <br /> I would not use them again only because I found someone else that is closer. So, It?s not personal! Even though he was punctual, even though he did exactly what he said he was going to do. There?s someone else who?s closer that?s on Angie?s List that I talked to that I?m probably going to have come in and do the whole place based on their ratings. I liked their ratings and the conversation in terms of the different kinds of carpet. The guy seemed a lot more knowledgeable in terms of what I really need and he didn?t sort of mince words. Not that the other guy did, it was just a special. Sometimes I just get the special. They did very good work. They used the water supply in the home. I don?t know if that is something that people know about. Verses something that was from a truck, that was because I guess it was the steam cleaning verses the other kind of cleaning the carpets. I was here, I met the guy and my son was here. It was done in a reasonable amount of time. 

They did not do what I asked them to do, and that was to cut my rug on both sides by 3 feet so the patterned rug would be symmetrical, and rebind on both sides. There was obviously a miscommunication here, but they cut off on 6 feet on one side only, definitely not what I wanted, and no longer symmetrical. The owner was apologetic and tried to initiate an insurance claim but was unable to complete it while at my house . I was told that full payment was due, (had other rug cleaned and rebound as well) and I foolishly did, and that we would straighten it out. That was the last time I ever heard from him. Repeated calls to his business went unanswered and since I didn't have a claim number I had nothing to go on with his insurance company. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company.

It went well. The guys were responsive on email and changed times and dates as our moving date changed. They arrived early and completed the work quickly and efficiently and the carpet smelled like new. I was very happy with their work and I would use them again.

The carpet was too wet when they left. It took 24 hours for it to completely dry. I did not see any difference in the cleaning after they cleaned it. Would not hire again or recommend to friends.

Both men arrived on time. They immediately started to work. they were courteous and efficient. My rugs look great.

They did a great job. I had some heavy staining on my stairs and they removed them all. We had a few scheduling conflicts, but Mazi worked them out quickly. I will use them again

They were very professional. They assessed the work, explained what needed to be done, advised me of additional options and the started the work. After they completed the work, they showed me what they did and advised that the blocked air ducts caused most of the dust buildup on the carpet. They suggested air duct cleaning and I Scheduled it. They contacted me to reconfirmed. Very professional and excellent work.

They were a little late but made up for the delay with friendly and proficient service. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price!

Overall the technician was professional, courteous, and prompt. He was mindful of the things in our home and there wasn't a lot bumping and knocking things over. The technician was very knowledgeable of carpet cleaning and answered all of our questions. The payment process was simple and everything just went well. No lateness nor excuses. We were called when he was on his way, and the work was performed in a timely manner.

It went very well, he was very professional and good with pricing. He put together a packet deal for me.
