We had carpet replaced in three bedrooms and hallway. From start to finish, sales to installation, everything went without a hitch. The sales manager helped us pick just the right flooring and the installation team did an excellent job. The floors are just beautiful and everyone was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Empire couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs. The Sales Manager, Tim, understood our needs and made wonderful product suggestions. The crew was on time, and did a fabulous job. Excellent. Very pleased with the carpet quality and color. Our salesman, Tim, was very helpful as well as professional, personable and knowledgeable. The installers were also extremely professional, did an excellent job and were very considerate. I would highly recommend Empire Carpet & Blinds.

Tim, the Sales Associate was knowledgable and was able to match the correct type of carpet for our needs. He was able to move up the installation date which helped us tremendously since we couldn't move in until the carpets were installed. The installers were professional and did an ecellent job. I would definitely use them again.

It was AMAZING! I rarely write reviews but this one truly warrants it. Tim McLaughlin, the Sales Manager, was incredibly helpful when we visited the showroom. He listened to what we didn't like about our current carpet and directed us to the perfect carpet for us. He gave us samples to bring home to make final color selection. Tim sent THE BEST crew to do our install. My husband and I were very nervous, given our prior experience with another company. But Miguel and his team showed up ahead of schedule and were extremely professional. The best word I can think of to describe them is "artists". They did an outstanding job and far exceeded our expectations. We were so grateful for the overall experience dealing with Tim, Miguel and his crew. I am recommending them to friends, family, and co-workers. If you are in the market for flooring, you should absolutely check them out. You won't be sorry.

I was very pleased. Their price was competitive. It's only been 6 months so time will tell for quality. Two people came to complete the service. They came at 10 and they were done at 4 or 5 o'clock. It took them all day. The salesman was good. The installers were timely and they had good craftsmanship. I liked the selection of carpets they had.

It went good. The salesman came in, pulled out samples of carpet, and helped us pick out what we wanted. There were no issues with the installation.

They were responsive. it was just really easy. We picked out our carpets. The gentleman lived near us. He came by, took some measurements, gave us an estimate, said, "He, we could do this next week." When he came out he got it done in half a day, three-quarters of a day. It worked out just like its supposed to, which you know, sometimes it never does. Basically, it exceeded our expectations.

The price was good. I think I probably would use them again. They were fast. They completed the job quick. It was tight timing that I had and they did it quick. There were some issues with scratched paint and all that I had to deal with. <br /> <br />

They arrived two different times with two different estimates. I would not use them again in the future. The area was so clean that they couldn't put my daughter's bed together, and we can't find the screws to our bed. They could have put back whatever they put down. They dismantled the beds and didn't put them together, they dismantled a sofa in the living room and they didn't put that together as well. We had to hire somebody to come and do that, and that was money out of my pocket that I shouldn't spend.
