Very well. Robert Alexaner was very responsive, courteous and answered our call within an hour. He came within a short time on 12/20/2021 - following all CDC guidelines. He diagnosed the problem which was the replacement of heating element - gave us the estimate - followed by his next visit on 12/22/21 - and fixed the problem within a very short time. He was very professional, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable about his trade. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing Washer/Dryer repair !

Every hard rain we have water coming in at our windows. This company is not legitimate. He hires a crew to do the work and does not have any knowledge on the work being performed. He gave a quote of $7500 we ended up having to get extra wood for so it was a little over what was expected. When called the first time, 2 months ago when we noticed the leak, he was dealing with a death in the family and would have us someone out to fix the leaks. Never heard a word. I let him know I will be taking him to court for him to cover the cost to another roofing contractor and now he is saying we owe him $500. We paid him in cash in full. He required half down for the start of the job and we paid the other half at what we thought was the completion of the job. I recommend finding a contractor that specializes in what you are looking for. He takes a cut after subbing the work out and does not honor his own contract. Do a background check in Catoosa County before hiring. I wish we would have.

Good except they were never on time, always late. Owner is professional and responsive, his guys are not. Drywall job is acceptable but they could not match the texture even close so it stands out. Its fine and I hired a handyman not knowing I really needed a professional drywaller so some is my fault not theirs.
