Kevin, the estimation contractor, was thorough and fair in his assessment of costs. There was a $1000 cost overrun, but was a little pricey, but overall, fair. I would be more precise next time in the contract about cost overruns. Next, the project took over two weeks--but it occurred over the holidays and was hampered by bad weather. The roof work was inspiring. The best. The gutter work was ordinary, and, in truth, in the future, I would recommend contracting with a dedicated gutter installation company. The work was not performed by Sean--whom I preferred--but Donny and his crew did a good job. What is most impressive about this company, and its work, is that it absolutely, in a timely way, honors its commitment. So, absolutely, I would use Empire Contractors, with a few minor caveats.
