I have worked with Raul a few times in the past and he is so professional and really, really good at his job. His prices are extremely fair. I will always call him and no one else for any carpet cleaning needs. Also, his wife Melissa runs the behind the scenes of the business scheduling appointments and sending invoices. She is excellent at communication and also very kind and professional.

Excellent and courteous service. They removed stains that did not come out on a previous cleaning from a different company. And NO tipping pressure! Raul offered a service that I declined due to smell sensitivity. He then used a low smell solution for the house. He actually listened and then applied it to the rest of the job. They will be my goto from now on! On time, on price quote and pride in their work!

A Valencia County Carpet Cleaner with the white trailer was on my street a few weeks ago. I sent a text basically stating we have that same style of house and what would be the charge for all the carpet upstairs only. No reply. Waited a day and sent the text again. No Reply. Well I guess he's rich then. I sent an email to Encanto Carpet & Tile Cleaning and within minutes I got an email back. I got on their schedule and a few days later Raul and his father Raul came to our home with their van mounted steam cleaner and did an awesome job with our carpet. Raul had another electrical machine that sort of brushed the carpet up, which I have never seen used by any other steam cleaner in my life. They protected the corners of walls, didn't rush and again did a terrific job. They sent me text update reminders the day before. They sent a text the morning they were leaving ABQ and gave me an estimated time of their arrival. All automated. I will be using them again in the future. They are very likable and friendly people as well.

Absolutely amazing company. Friendly, fast and efficient. I called on an emergency basis and they were there right away. They did an amazing job and they were so fast about it.
