They sprayed the perimeter for bugs and spiders, total pest control and extermination. The Head Administration was fantastic and their prices were great. The people who came out to do the job were cordial, respectful, and very knowledgeable.

The service was awesome and they were great.

Encon is a great company! I had an ant problem and needed an exterminator right away. Based on good reviews, I called Encon in a panic and Debbie fit me in right away. Ryan came out to the house and talked with my husband. He explained the problem and sprayed around the foundation and inside where the ants seemed to be coming from. That night we had more ants then ever! I called in the morning and spoke to Debbie and told her what happened. She talked me off the ledge and explained how the nest was disturbed and that was normal. I was also happy with the cost. They were very reasonable. I will always call Encon for my pest control needs!

The associate that came to the house was excellent. He was knowledgeable and professional. The office was very hard to deal with. I had a coupon with a price, and I was told by the on-site associate that the service included a re-check in 6 months. I called for a re-check because I was not contacted. When I talked to someone in the office they told me that I would have to pay an additional fee. After some back and fourth, they agreed to come back for free. But they called me twice when someone was 30 to 60 minutes away. I work and can't get out on a moments notice so the recheck was never done.

The tech arrived on time and inspected my home for spots that rodents can enter from. They gave us some information on locking down our food and put down some poison traps and mentioned there was a cracked and rotted door jab at our basement entrance. After about 4 weeks there were some peculiar odors around the house but the mice were still present. I decided to have a look at the door jab they had mentioned and realized the bottom of the door itself was rotted too. I did a run to home depot and replaced the door with a prehung unit. Within a day the amount of mice present dropped and a month later I felt there were no detectable rodents in the home. While the work they did didn't directly solve the issue their advice got us the result I wanted. I feel the money was well spent after this. I didn't even think to check that without the techs mention. Until then I felt there was no solution. With that said thank you!

The technician came out to a multi-family property that I own. He placed bait traps throughout the units. It solved the problem after one visit and there are no more signs of mice.

They came and took care of the problem. They seal off all the entry point and I haven't seen any activity since they came. Will recommend 100 %.

There was about an hour delay and I wished we were notified but fortunately it was not an inconvenience for us. The guys arrived and introduced themselves. After showing them the trouble spots for mice they shared how the mice were moving about and gave advice, such as keeping dog food covered. Then they looked around the perimeter. I liked that they identified certain areas immediately and set up everything, including blocking the outside entry points. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very positive experience!

I can't say enough good things about Econ. We originally contacted them for a mouse problem. Between the great reviews they had and the special they were running we contacted them. The woman we talked to in the office, I believe her name was Debbie, was so nice and very professional. She told us about an upgrade which would covered a multitude of things not just the mice. She never pressured us to take the upgrade just fully explained it to us and let us make the decision. We went for the upgrade.  They were here just 2 days after we set-up the appointment. David, the technician, arrived right on time. He too was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. We walked the house and I showed him all the areas we were having troubles. He fully explained to me what he was going to do and how everything would work. He answered all my questions. Once we finished with the tour David set to work. He was very quick and efficient. After he let me know what was done and what we needed to do so they can track the progress of what they had done (i.e. vacuum old mouse droppings, etc...). He mentioned that since we had the pool and a large wooded area behind our house that Econ does do a mosquito service and he gave us the pricing for it. Again he never pressured he only presented the information.  It will take a while to determine if what they have done is effective, but I can say without hesitation if you are looking for an exterminator these guys are very good. <br />

It did went well. I did like, there was a gentlemen that came out that was very professional I thought he did a nice job. Well I think the only criticism I had is I guess he went around and essentially evaded the house. I guess I was just probably expecting a little bit more than just kinda putting out bait traps. He was very professional, he was very nice so nothing bad or critical to say about the individual they sent he was very respectful and professional. I guess just for like overall service I guess I was just expecting more.
