Energy Choice Insulation

Worst experience of my life, and it remains unresolved and uninhabitable. I hired him to remove popcorn ceiling, then prime, texture, and paint. He insisted his team understood the dangers of asbestos and would keep it contained and then seal it properly. He and his workers could barely communicate due to a language barrier and it was clear they had no understanding of asbestos. Not only did they not contain the areas properly, but they failed to properly seal the scraped surface before applying mud and SANDING it down flat (I stipulated wanting knock-down texture, but Justin insisted we go with a smooth finish on my way out the door despite my rebuttal that it would take a lot more work and mudding to do properly?never did I imagine they would sand it on the unsealed surface!). They didn?t prime/seal anywhere, and only painted one quarter of the project leaving the rest exposed and DUSTY. Justin gaslighted me to my face that it was all painted. Much more to say, but out of space.
