I recently renovated my 2bd/2 bath aparment in Hollywood with Ezra and his team at Energy Green Builders. This was a full gut renovation including two full baths, full kitchen replacement, all new flooring, windows, doors and paint. We came up with a budget and time frame that was both realistic and very reasonable, the work was completed on schedule and any hiccups or surprises were dealt with prompltly and professionally. There were several unexpected expenses that came up which they stepped up and covered without increasing my cost, I am very aprreciative and grateful to have found them and won't hesitate to recommend time and time again. They have already returned for follow up jobs with my neighbors and we will continue to use them. Over the time the work was completed, they left a clean tidy work place each day and kept noise and dirt to a minimum. Everyone that sees the apartment is amazed by the beautiful transformation thanks to the craftsmanship and vision of Rami, Ezra and all the workers!

I purchased a comprehensive energy audit. As part of this purchase I was supposed to receive the following: 1. Includes attic inspection, insulation evaluation, and ventilation analysis 2. Inspecting air leaks from A/C unit, air ducts and recess lights 3. If weather conditions allow an infrared camera scan thermal analysis (outdoor temperature dependent) assesses conditioned and unconditioned locations in home for convective, conductive, and radiant energy loss 4. Energy performance report with recommendations for improving efficiency 5. $250 credit towards recommended services The provider did go into the attic and visually inspect insulation and some of the ductwork. Weather conditions were normal for our area(not too hot & not too cold)so a thermal analysis should have been performed. Air leaks were not inspected in the air ducts and recessed lights. I did not receive any report for improving efficiency. The only thing that he completed was item #1. Items number 2, 3, & 4 , as shown above, were not performed.

Went well from start to finish. The roof was done in a few days, the bathroom took a bit longer but the end result was great. Ezra and his team did a very good job!

I had purchased the inspection which included a small repair job. I purchased it so that not only would I get an inspection but that they would try to do a simple fix on the one leak that has been going on. But he said he wouldn't fix the leak beacuase of a few reasons, like: <br /> - fixing the small leak wouldn't help in the long run since the entire roof should be replaced; <br /> - I had told him that I had already tried to fix the leak, and so he said that since I couldn't fix it (I'm only an accountant, not a roofer), then he wouln't be able to, so he wasn't going to even try; <br /> -there's other problems with the roof, like the sloping is bad, and his little repair wouldn't fix that so he wasn't going to bother. <br /> -he said that really I had only paid for an inspection (but in my experience most roofers give you a free estimate, which is basically what he was doing for $49); <br /> Basically I felt like I wasted my money, and besides that, I found him rude and not kind. I don't feel like he provided what was offered in the fine print when I purchased this service. I would never higher this guy again and would not recomment them. <br />

"Mr. [removed member name] Customer service is our top priority, and your review either positive or negative is always welcome. According to our technician that was at the appointment, the flat roof over your garage that was leaking, can't be repaired due to wet plywood boards, that are sagging and need to be replaced. You will always have a puddle of water over the garage due to that same problem, our tech recommended that the roof be replaced, because it could not be fixed, even you mentioned that you have tried sealing the area and it is still leaking from that same location. Flat roofs cannot be fixed with a quick seal, and we will not take any responsibility for the roof not to leak in the first rain. We cannot do miracles with $49 roof tune-up, its not a leak repair service, and you and few customers that thought that they can fix a major roof problem for $49, are unhappy with Angie's List deal. Good luck with your project, and we wish you happy holidays for you and your family."
