Horrible experience with this company. Took out perfectly good window to install a bad one and then wouldn't return phone calls.

We had our new windows installed 10 days ago and we are very happy so far. Even if there have a been a bit of delays due to COVID 19 issues, all went very well from the beginning to the end. The team that has installed our new windows was very nice and was always happy to answer any questions or requests we had. They have made a great job (even cleaning very well) and the new windows look really nice on our house. All the process was very well explained by Darin and we had no surprise.

The work was done in a timely fashion with professionalism.

We recently had Energy One replace 18 windows and two sliding doors. The process was simple, the cost was competitive, and the quality of the windows is fantastic. We have a two story house on a corner lot with tons of windows, not a lot of shade, and terrible circulation - meaning it's hot and stuffy most of the time. Well, NOT ANYMORE. In the two weeks since Energy One finished the install, the house is not only quieter, it is WAY cooler! I can't wait to see the difference in our electric bill. Additionally, the installers were AMAZING. They finished on time, cleaned up every speck of work, and were just great guys. They were professional, timely, and sweet to my kids. We seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We are so happy with our new windows! We feel not only the quality is excellent but the service from the beginning to end of installation excelled our expectations. We actually expected to have to do repair work on window sills as well as have to repaint other areas, but we were so wrong. The crew was so good (on time and worked diligently all day) that minimal repair, if any, is really needed. We would highly recommend Energy One for replacement of high quality windows and exceptional installation.

Please be informed that we are extremely disappointed with the window install completed on 04/20/2018. We accepting the promotional offer does not mean we should get windows installed with shady workmanship. To begin with the contractors came to site without any supervisor. Two workmen sent to work on our house just by themselves. Proceeded to remove windows, when removing a set of windows in the front everything was fine with the surrounding wood (As Shown in the Pic 1). During Sales pitch it was mentioned that any rotted wood found during installation will be replaced. (No Written proof of that, however in the contract it does state that “it will remain the customers responsibility to finish any unfinished wood/ drywall used on this project”, so I guess this covers that replacement clause). Installation completed on this window and i go out to check the window sits lower than the adjacent one (as shown in Pic 2). Please tell me how does a piece of wood previously aligned correctly with the adjacent one drops about an inch down with a secure window install. In my limited knowledge the window was not anchored properly leading to the weight of the window to cause the rotted wood to give way. This was shown to the workers and they said they will fix it. and they lifted the window and anchored it. then one worker proceeded to clean and then fill the 1” gap with caulking. at which time i stopped him and asked him to change the wood. the workers did not have any wood so off went one to buy wood New wood was replaced huge gap near adjoining pieces. one of their installation directors was sent to site he walked around with me, i told him my concerns i don’t think he really cared. Any way he mentioned that once installation is complete they will do a walk around with me. That didn’t happen. after they left i walked around my own and took the photos for the punch list added below. there is a defect in one window which i showed Eric he said that during the walk around they will check on it and correct it. he also mentioned that they do not do a white glove cleaning of the windows but will clean and remove any fingerprints or smudge marks. Shocking news …….. that didn’t happen either. There are holes drilled into the window frame that haven’t been closed. There is flashing torn off from the old window left inside the wall. No Shims were used to align the windows, just propped up on a pry bar and screws driven into wood. Your windows might be the best out there but with such workmanship its an absolute waste. I hope somebody will be able to address my concerns. If nobody can please let me know so i can find a contractor who can correct the faults. I wish we never fell for the promotion. Price was competitive, windows took 7 weeks to manufacture, install took 2 days. Installer was punctual, professional and did and excellent job. I would recommend this company.

Windows were installed within 3 days, which included a rain delay, but the installers came back on Saturday to finish so my windows would be done before Christmas. They were great. Super nice and cleaned up after themselves. And thanks to Frank Scott for being an honest salesman!

They are not the top end of the line. They did not show up on time when they said they would. They showed up an hour late. I think it was a miscommunication on their part but that is what they said it was. I did not have any problem with them being professional. I would them again but I am more informed. I would recommend them. They guys are good at least the ones that came to my house. To improve, I would quit selling people on the "model home", believing they are getting a lower price because they are a model home and they are going to put signs in your yard. To make it look like you are getting a better deal because you are going to advertise for them. I think that is not for real so they use it to make you think you are getting a better deal. Just be real and give everyone the same price. You should have a price based on the product and labor.

They were exactly as promised. Good quality and quick courteous installation. Was very pleased.

The entire job from quote to installment went extremely well. The price was reasonable, the installers were very professional, they did their business and left the site as clean as it was when the started. I would definitely recommend Energy One to anyone needing window replacement.

We had some minor scheduling and work misunderstandings but we worked that out and they did a great job by the end.

Our original windows were of low quality.  They were flimsy, leaky and not very functional.  The new Energy One Windows are triple-paned, sturdy and very functional.  I was ready to dismiss the marketing team when they first approached me on the front porch.  I am glad I did not.  The whole process proceeded smoothly.  The installers were polite and professional.  They installed 17 windows in one day.  I would recommend Energy One Windows.

It was amazingly easy and stress-free! I had been approached previously by a sales rep for Energy One, but wasn't ready to consider new windows. I knew I needed them but it was a big expenditure and I'm saving most of my money for retirement. But one afternoon a knowledgeable sales rep stopped by my house, I listened and asked for a follow up sales visit. Let's be honest - sales visits for any major home repair are usually hard for both parties. I happened to feel patient and interested that day, asked lots of questions, saw the windows that would go in my house and signed a contract. I waited about 6 weeks for the Windows to be ordered, made and shipped. Then scheduled a one-day installation. The 2- man crew showed up early and worked really hard all day. I found them easy to have in my home, quiet, easy-going and they did excellent work. i love have new Windows that will be easy to clean. I particularly like a big slider window in my study. Get the grid-free windows if you like looking out at your yard!

The installation went smoothly and the crew cleaned up very nicely. The salesman was very low pressure when we met him and did not ask for a decision right away, in fact, it was 2 or 3 weeks later that we did sign the contract. The windows they replaced were 38 years old. They had turned cloudy as they were double pane windows and very hard to open, the screens were full screens and very unsightly.  All 21 windows were replaced in addition to the patio door which did not function very well. <br /> Our house looks so much more attractive now and I still can't get over what a difference the windows make.  I enjoy looking outside now and am able to open my windows to let fresh air in. I have received many compliments on our new windows and patio door.  I would definitely recommend Energy One Windows to anyone who is thinking about installing new windows. <br />

Every step of the way, each professional we dealt with knew their stuff and did it well. They are responsive and patient. They will come back out and fix the smallest detail down to an inch of caulk you aren't satisfied with. Highly recommend. <br />

Energy One windows did an amazing job replacing all the old windows in my 35 year old home.  Half of the windows range from huge to small trapezoidal and triangular shaped windows which I thought would be a problem - not for Energy One.  I first met with Scottie the sales director who was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  After measuring each window, he informed us of each type of window available, and then presented the estimate. There was absolutely no pressure to buy which was a breath of fresh air when you compare the tactics of other big window companies. The style of windows I selected was the Venetian which have triple-paned insulated glass, so I knew the price would be as high if not higher than Andersen windows. To my surprise the estimate was very competitive.  Six weeks later, 28 custom made-in-the-USA windows were installed in only two days!  <br /> The installation crew lead by Dave were on time, friendly, professional, and always ready to answer any question.  I've had prior experience with contractors and I was pleasantly surprised on how clean Energy One left the house each day during the installation, and more surprisingly, that the installers arrived at the time they said they would.   On the last day of the installation, the head installer, Dave, showed me the last window to be installed.  He pointed out a small crack in the window frame and honestly, I didn't think much of it and would not have noticed.  Dave installed it since the old window was removed but would order a new frame and return to reinstall it.  What honesty and service!  Another 6 weeks later, the new frame arrived and was installed by a two man team within 1.5 hours.  Energy One's installation crew is amazing.   <br /> It has been three months since the installation and my home feels cooler, the electric bill is lower on average of 15%, and the noise level has significantly decreased. With these new windows there is no need for the old ugly solar windows screen and so now the interior of my home is brighter.  I love my windows! <br /> The only complaint is the windows look so nice, now I need to hire a painter to have my house painted!  Thank you Energy One for a great product, awesome workmanship, and the best experience I've ever had with home   improvement/renovation/contractors. <br />

<p>Beginning with the first contact, the company representatives were friendly and knowledgeable.   They answered all of my questions and concerns in a straight forward manner.  They provided references and listed homes where they had installed windows so that I could drive by to see what the completed construction would look like.</p> <p>Once we came to an agreement, Energy One outlined the installation process.  The installer, Dave, would stop by and re-measure the windows to ensure the correct size was ordered and then I would be contacted when the custom made windows arrived at the company.  Approximately two weeks, later they called.  Due to my prior commitments, the actual installation was delayed and done on the dates I selected.  </p> <p>Dave and the crew arrived on the installation day at the agreed time.  They immediately went to work on the upstairs windows and were careful of the furniture that could not be removed from near the windows.  I was impressed by the way they removed the old windows such that there was no broken glass anywhere.  The windows were installed over a two day period and on both days the yard, with the corresponding mess, was cleaned up.</p> <p>The windows look and work great, and are really quiet.  I can't hear the mail truck drive up any more.  I delayed writing this review for about a month to ensure that I was happy with both the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the crew.  I am.</p> <p>I would recommend to anyone considering replacement windows that they choose Energy One windows.  Tell them Duane sent them by way of this review.  You will not be disappointed with either the quality or workmanship.</p> <br />

I'm a pretty cynical person, but I have to admit that these guys really surprised me. I expected to be hastled, pushed, manipulated, and overcharged. This was absolutely not the case. Everyone from the sales director, to the receptionists, to the crew that installed the windows worked with a high level of professionalism and expertise. <br /> The best part is the high level of kindness and integrity that all of the employees worked with. During the sales process and the installation, they were respectful of my family, patient with my kids, and responsive to our needs. If you're looking to get your windows replaced, this is the company to use, no questions asked. <br />

We were shopping for new windows for our home and we were happy to find Energy One.  We compared them to other companies and were more satisfied with the quality of their windows.  The sales person walked us through all the features of the windows and we were impressed with them and the sold quality.  He then walked us through the process to get them installed.  <br /> They were very knowledgeable and low pressure on sharing with us the windows.  Once we decided to move forward with them the <br /> process was easy and they kept in contact with us throughout the process as the windows were being manufactured.  When they contacted us for installation, they scheduled the appointment.  The window install team arrived on time and was very professional throughout the process.  They removed the old windows and installed the new windows starting upstairs. <br /> They completed the installation within 3 days.  We have been very pleased with the windows and how they make our house look and the <br /> quality product we purchased.  We love the new windows from Energy One. <br /> Overall we have been very pleased with Energy One and the entire process of getting new windows on our home.  They made the process very easy with minimal disruption while they worked on our home.  We would highly recommend Energy One to anyone looking to upgrade their windows. <br />
