They don?t have a dropdown to add pillars. So I just selected what was available. Now I know why! Hired this company to put pillars under my home to help with floors shaking. After a few months the floors began to shake again. Went under the house and all the did was place the pillars on cement blocks, which just sink into the soil. Do yourself a favor, hire a company that?s going to do it right.

These guys were awesome! From the sales rep(who was the owner) to his crew who were very professional and performed their work in a timely manner. Would give them 10 stars if possible!

Extremely professional and honest - excellent work. They surveyed the house; honestly told me what was needed and what was NOT needed; set a date; commenced and completed the work on schedule; and left the house cleaner than the found it. They performed above and beyond what was required.

It was obvious that they cared about the job being done correctly even if it took them longer than they expected. We have a 100 year old house and once they got into the job, noticed some things that could not be seen from an initial inspection. They adjusted what they were going to do and still came in under what two other companies quoted. They did arrive a little late and I had to clean up a bit once they left, but I would hire them again.

This company is terrific! They were on time, polite, and just great guys- from the owner to the workers. They are very knowledgeable and walked us through each step of the process- what they were going to do, what they found, and options for getting things done the right way! I appreciate how much they worked with us and that they cared about our needs and helping us.

Ok, but not what I expected. The advertisement in the Angie's List email is misleading. It shows an infrared camera being used for the inspection, which would have easily shown visually if there were leaks in the ductwork. Instead the inspection was carried out using an infrared thermometer, which will only show if there is a difference in air temps leaving the registers. I could figure that out just using my hand. So, the inspection results state that there could (and probably is) some leakage in the ductwork, but could not show me where exactly potential leaks are located. Overall the service was ok, just to learn about how the home itself was fairly insulated and somewhat energy efficient, but was ultimately disappointing that it could tell me where I may have leaks in the ductwork.

arrived on time, performed very well and we were very sastified with quality of work. Hopefully we will realize energy cost savings.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Super efficient and thorough, explained everything they were going to do/did, from start to finish. Work was really well done. Very friendly customer service to boot.

Arrived on time, completed the prep and insulation in one day.  Excellent results noticed in a particular problem area right away (master bedroom tray ceiling was not well insulated causing the room to be almost 10 degrees cooler or warmer depending on season - room is now very comfortable). 

It's fine, I think. It's one of those things that you don't see. I have no complaints at all. They did what they said they were going to do and seems to work. I wasn't here when they did the work. They came in when they said they were going to and there was no evidence that anything was wrong. They obviously did what they said they were going to do.

It was very good. They looked at everything and gave me some recommendations on how I could improve the energy performance on my home. I didn't spend anything extra. He gave me some numbers on insulation companies but I'm not sure if I'll be doing any work right now. 

I have signed a contract to seal off wall top seams, add additional insulation and install a solar attic fan. Joe was prompt to arrive as scheduled. Inspected my attic and then discussed work he would recommend. He explained the work in detail, so as I completely understand. I am schedule to have the work complete in early October. No payment due until work is complete.

I bought a Big Deal for $29.95 Attic Inspection, Insulation & Ventilation Analysis with Infrared Technology. The owner/manger came for inspection and suggested the work needed. However, he was late to show up and had to leave to get his equipment . <br /> <br /> He gave me a list of what needed done and quoted the work at $1900. I agreed with the price and set the date to have work done. The crew came on time and was very professional. They answered all my questions and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Once they were done I wrote them a check for $1900.  <br /> <br /> The next day I received a voicemail from the owner/manger trying to shake me down for $600 more. He told me he lost 600.00 on the job. Saying we told him to do more then what was on the contract. I asked what he wanted from us and he said nothing but you can volunteer to make it right to pay for the extra 600 worth of work done.  <br /> <br /> He claimed my husband told them to do the extra work. My husband was not home during the job. My husband called and confronted him and he changed his story again saying. "I never said that" then text me saying maybe its just my guys trying to cover their tails since his crew put in more then allotted for. I called a expert because I don't know about these things and trusted them.  <br /> <br /> He then continued to text for an hour back and forth.  I stated I was going to contact Angie's List and express my anger of him trying to get more money from us.. He responded no please don't cause my family more financial grief then done. It was harassment, I kept asking to stop texting me and he kept on ranting.   I finally in caps said " I AM DONE" and he continued on. He was very unprofessional. <br /> <br /> I was happy with the work the crew did and the company over all until the owner called blaming us for the extra charges. <br /> <br /> I have lost my trust in the company and am having another  to come in to asses the work to be sure it was done correctly. I will never use them again.
