Wooden deck- the wooden frame was completed and about 5 deck boards were on and we asked to extend the deck about 2 feet. Was told it was no problem and what they did was lay deck boards vertical from the remaining horizontal deck boards. We were not happy with how to looked so we asked if he could extend the opposite side of the deck 2 feet and do the same design and payed him for that and said he would be back the next day but he never came back. After not hearing from the contractor for days we examined the deck more closely and realized all of the safety hazards and flaws with the deck. There were around 16 deck board ends not screwed into a joist so when you stepped on them they would dip down a couple of inches. After removing all of the deck boards to fix this issue I learned that the deck isn’t square, they did not use joist hangers, did not use deck blocks. We called maybe 10-15 times over then next couple of weeks and never got a call back. I texted multiple times about the condition and never got a reply.

He came out gave estimate.paid 360.00 usd deposit.week later installed system.he had to come back twice to program system.notified him that 2 hoses leaking.he said send video.i sent video no answer.

The installation of the pavers was very unprofessional. The service provider installed the pavers above the ground and the area was not level.

I have a garden on our side, back yard and Chris did an excellent job of clearing, preparing the site and Hardscape stone as a river bed. I love it and very much enjoy how beautiful my garden looks. It’s very easy to see Chris takes pride in his work as it shows. I definitely will call on him for our next project.

He didn't even started the job. Everything he was supposed to do is grading the property, landscaping, remove the concrete and fix the stairway but none of it was done. Bid is 9200 and I already paid him $5000.
