The provider was paid $2200 on December 8, 2023. We verbally agreed, also via text message that the work would begin on January 8, 2024. The total cost would be $4400, with $2200 paid up front. The last correspondence with the provider was December 18, 2023. No one showed up on January 8, 2024. The provider will not respond to emails or text messages. The phone number on file says "the person is not accepting phone calls". We cannot leave a message.
