Eric and his team are the best. I contacted him earlier this month for help. Our lot has a lot of established flower beds and I couldn’t keep up with the weeds. We’d bought a huge pile of mulch in April and had spread 2/3 of it but still had a pile in the driveway that needed to get put down. Eric came with his team the day after I called him and they hand weeded, spread all the mulch, and cleaned everything up. They got more done in 5 hours then we’d gotten done in two months. It was a huge relief. Eric and his crew are pleasant, professional, and great at what they do. I’ll be calling them again.

He came initially and put down mulch. I was really pleased with their work, so asked them to mow my lawn. I asked him if they picked up the grass while they mowed, but he said no, they cross cut it. One week ago Monday we scheduled for him to come out on Thursday. He didn't show up didn't communicate anything, I called on Friday to find out what was going on. I left him a message asking him to let me know what was going on. He finally called me back, and I asked him to either commit to doing it, or tell me he can?t/doesn?t want to. Yesterday when Tom, the foreman, came out, he had no idea that I wanted the clippings picked up. By this point, cross cutting won?t work either, and it just needs to be picked up while being mowed. Tom indicated to me that by Thursday they will have a machine that will be able to pick up the grass. <br /> <br /> I understand equipment breaking down, but he should at least communicate what's going on with me and his employees. <br /> <br /> I've left a message and an email at 7:30 this morning. It's now 9:41 and I still haven't heard from him. I spoke to a woman in their office who said that she Eric would be in within the hour and that she would be sure to have him call you. Again, he did not call. <br /> <br /> He's given me estimates to also do other work, but if he can't even mow the lawn when he's supposed to or communicate with me what's going on I've decided not to go with this provider. <br /> <br /> Also, they offer a 10% senior discount that I was not offered.

"Hello Valued Customer - First of all, thank you for your interest in our services. We are always striving to improve, and value all feedback. It was our pleasure to mulch your yard and bring it into the start of a very beautiful season, which we did at an excellent price. I do apologize for the phone tag which we played during the following week to schedule your lawn to be mowed. We check our messages every night after finishing our mobile service, and we also have an office manager who works part time to coordinate phone calls and communication. We attempted to reach you several times and unfortunately played phone tag on voice mail. Again, I apologize. In our annual mowing renewal and new sign up sheet, we allow you to make a custom schedule for weekly, bi-weekly, or on call service. Our mowing day is Thursday of each week, and if rain occurs it is Friday instead. At the time of your service request, our lawn mower with the bagging system was in our shop for repair. However, with our professional equipment complete with state of the art alligator mulching blades, no trace of grass clippings are left behind with our service. I would have had no problem demonstrating our work for you, and would not have charged you if you were not satisfied. In order to opt in to one of our mowing days or opt out we simply ask that you contact us at the latest the day before your service (Wednesday evening). In regards to the senior discount, it clearly states on Angie's List that it is available, however we do not ask for your age, ever! I would be happy to refund the $36.50 to reflect that discount if you wish, simply let us know. Once again, we strive to improve our communication skills as we work through this busy Spring season. Our office manager Lisa is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 4pm, and the owner Eric is available weekdays after 4pm, or during the day as his schedule permits. Actually I forget the exact amount I paid and dates. I've hired him twice. Did a good job, and I've never met with anyone. Was able to see finished hedge trimming job via pictures in email or text and make payment remotely. As a landlord, this is what I need as I cannot always be at the location. There is a level of trust on both ends that needs to be executed in order to get the job done right without inspection and secure payment. <br />

I was in desperate need of a clean up and had no where to put the leaves myself. Eric's crew came by within days and did a great job of making my lawn look fresh for the winter! I'll definitely be using these guys again for my spring clean up and mulch bed maintenance. <br />

First task was to determine optimum design of mulch bed. Once we agreed on design, work commenced to clean existing bed, trim existing shrub, plant additional shrubs, plant one small tree and finally mulch entire bed. Scott and his team showed up on time and basically worked most of day to achieve this goal. Scott also provided helpful information regarding care of new plants and tree. <br /> Revitalizing lawn was a more difficult task. Scott took the time to explain what steps needed to take and in what sequence to maximize results. He also suggested best time in fall to start this process. We agreed on steps and start date. Again Scott's team showed up on time worked most of the day where they dethatched, aerated, placed loam on portions of lawn, planted seed and finally fertilized. Scott provided instructions for watering and mentioned the importance of following these instruction. Scott also checked progress of job after completion to help with any potential issues. <br /> I am very pleased with results and grateful to work with a pro like Scott. <br /> <br />

First of all, when I called Eric and left a voice message, he promptly returned my call and was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. I'm in the process of selling my home and wanted my disaster of a yard cleaned up so the buyers could see how truly beautiful it is. Eric and his fabulous team, Tom & Brandon, worked really hard cleaning it up and it looked great even before the bark much was down. My son told me he noticed how great it looked when he came home from work late that night. He said he noticed it right away. <br /> Now with the bark much down it just looks gorgeous!! I'd also like to mention that Brandon worked diiligently to find a break in my invisible fence - that was truly appreciated... <br /> I've always done my own yard work so I know how much work it really is. It was pretty hot that day but those guys stayed right on it. When I gave them some ice water and a bowl of fruit, they were so grateful. Believe me, they certainly deserved it. <br /> I will be leaving their card with the new buyers along with my recommendations. <br /> Thanks guys!! <br />

Eric is wonderful to work with and meticulous about his work. He emails and arrives promptly to do the work. The crew came and cleaned up everything after themselves. The yard was covered with a thick layer of weeds, and they made it look nice again. I had let the weeds grow for a number of years and could not keep up with the weeding since they were fast growing. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. Their prices are fair. They have also done snow plowing and lawn mowing, and I have been very pleased with the results. <br />

I had a bad experience with my fall clean up last year, and needed to hire a new landscaper. I called Eric at EN Lawnworks and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. <br /> Eric was both courteous and professional. He took a look at my lawn, provided a reasonable estimate and was also willing to work with me on a fair price, which included some additional services needed. <br /> I mentioned I had some family visting for the upcoming weekend and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule, right away. <br /> The lawn came out great! Beds were cleaned out, under the deck, he even had his team blow out my garage. <br /> Coming off of a poor experience last year, where my previous landscaper over-promised and under-delivered, this experience was really refreshing. You can tell when a contracter truly cares about his customers and takes pride in their work, and Eric and his team proved this from start to finish. <br /> I'm already looking forward to hiring Eric again for my next fall clean up, or for any other landscaping jobs I may have. I highly reccommend his services to those seeking courtesy, professionalism, and a job well done! <br />
