Fernando is professional, knowledgeable, and a really nice person! His many years of experience in construction is why I chose to contact him, and I’m grateful I did. He was easy to reach, incredibly flexible (he inspected my future home on Labor Day- just two days after I contacted him while he was on his 30th wedding anniversary trip!) The home I’m buying is older (1952) with an added garage, so I really wanted a clear picture of what I’m getting myself into. He was very detail-oriented in his inspection and report. I appreciated that during the walk-through he took time to educate me, while not being condescending in the least. We had talked about some of my DIY experience on former homes, and he gave me credit I don’t always get from men in his industry. His prices are incredibly fair- especially considering the added experience he brings to his job.
