"[Member Name Removed] ~ Thank you! We appreciate your feedback and value your business. Your safety is our top priority. "Mr. [removed member name] has also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Our response to Angie's List is the same as our response to the BBB: For any health & medical questions we recommend you contact BASF at 1-800-832-4357. They have a team of medical staff that can answer any questions you have regarding the product you chose to have your home treated with. We have spoken with our governing body (Ohio Department of Agriculture) and with BASF regarding your situation and feel quite confident we have taken all precautions necessary as well as legally from the contract you signed. However, in good faith and in order to resolve your issue, we will agree to $250.00 as a settlement. Jason Carpenter-Owner"
