Dry rot, Water or Pest Damage Major Repair
We had a great experience working with Enviropro for our mold remediation. From the very beginning, Andrew was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated every step of the way. He made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable.
One thing we really appreciated was their attention to detail and transparency. Every day, they took photos of the work they completed and shared them through an online link, which made it easy to see the progress and refer back to everything afterward. Before starting work, the crew carefully laid down brown paper to protect our floors and sealed off the affected area with plastic.
Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. We are thankful we found them.

I cannot express the level of service we received from Enviro Pro. We call them today for Mold Testing. They came over under 45 mins and were able to visually inspect and review my home. We had some mold in the walls in our bedroom and living room. Our kids kept getting sick and we did what we could to get rid of the smell. In under one hour they were able to take samples - test the air quality and begin some type of sanitizing work in a matter of hours. We love the service! Thank you thank you thank you Enviro Pro

"In response to her complain , Enviropro never broke anything in her house. She made up a story about a lamp that was never there even showed her our pictures. We actually when out of our way tel help with getting funds back from her mortgage company as nobody there will help her. She is an older lady and we when above beyond to help her and make sure we brought her home to a pre loss state. Nevertheless all she wanted was to blame someone for her old and beat up items. Been brought up by a single mom I have always gone above beyond to help any single woman this time I did that and all I got was bad review from someone that we helped tremendously"

This “THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ENVIROPRO” is overdue. I apologize to Angie’s List and to my member subscribers who may have needed mold remediation services in the interim--This is who you should have gone with. Michael Casal and his team at EnviroPro came through in exemplary fashion at a time when every other professional around me systematically failed. I found EnviroPro on Angie’s List and their excellent reviews persuaded me to use them in Orlando, even though they’re based in Tampa. Thanks Angie’s! What differentiated Michael was his ability to take a personal and practical approach to a very difficult challenge while still maintaining the utmost professionalism. He was flexible with scheduling, battled I-4 on a daily basis for two weeks to complete the project on time and was easy to speak with. His price was highly competitive and his execution was effective and meticulous. As cliché as it sounds, he went the extra mile and then some. He was a pleasure to deal with in an unpleasant situation. Everybody is always looking for “a good something”—electrician, contractor, plumber. Michael is now my “good mold remediation guy”. As much as I hope never to need them again, it was pretty reassuring to add Michael and EnviroPro to my contacts.

As a long time homeowner and resident of south florida, I always experience difficulty finding companies that are professional, punctual and ethical. Enviropro, is the epitome of what a homeowner hopes for. I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am to the work they have done in my home. From the owner, to the employees that actually do the work, I can attest to quality of service, consistent punctuality and candid communication about the work they are doing every step of the way. They actually go further and demonstrate sincere concern about what the client is experiencing. Having mold in your home and having to see walls and ceiling being torn to remove it is very stressful. Enviropro employees were courteous and careful, covering my hardwood floors, sealing the area off, and even cleaning up after each workday and always taking the time to explain what they were doing. Honestly, they epitomize what service and expertise is. They care and they know what they are doing. I contacted Enviropro and was a little worried based on some bad reviews. One is on Yelp, and it is pretty clear from looking at the other reviews from that reviewer that the review is meaningless. And so I think it is important to add a good review, because unhappy people are more likely to go and post a review than happy ones. Rafael the owner was extremely responsive (texting is the best way to communicate), and agreed to have his crew come install the cleaning equipment while I found a contractor to come remove the floors, drywall and carpet, because at the time Rafael did not have enough manpower to do the whole job. Rafael and his son Andrew were super knowledgeable and willing to work around the schedule of the other crew, and leave pieces of equipment (dehumidifer, air scrubber, neg air), that are each worth north of $1,500. Rafael worked seamlessly with the insurance company (they paid him directly), and the building management around certification papers, and working around the issues we had in our building after Irma (no service elevator for a while, limited access and so on). Could not be more happy, and could not recommend him more.

The service provided was terrific. They worked with my time and did a great job. Enviropro team was respectful and very professional. They took care of my furniture and all objects on the way of the area in which the service was performed. Once they finished then job, they neatly cleaned afterwards. Enviropro came in and immediately we knew that they knew exactly how to fix the problem areas and what caused the issue in the first place. Once we agreed on the price work began as scheduled. The remaining part of the house was covered to protected from the dust and debis caused by the demolition. Ralph, the owner, was always available and made several trips throughout to ensure that everything was being completed correctly. He was always just a phone call away. We were very pleased with everything and will definitely recommend this company.

I had mold in my master bathroom . I called and right away it was fast response . They first set an appointment to view my bathroom. Right away, the saw where leak came from that created mold. They provided an estimate within 24 hrs. Although it took a few days to get the problem fixed, it was their professionalism and punctuality that made this transition smooth. I am glad I chose them to help me out.
