I needed my grandmother's 5 room apartment cleaned out, and was concerned that I would not be able to find a cleaning company that would agree to deal with the filth that she left behind. When Kim was finished the project, the floors, walls, bathroom, kitchen - everything - was completely transformed and sparkling clean. I was very impressed with Kim's commitment to the job and would recommend this service to anyone.

The actual workers that came to the house were fantastic and did a nice job. Trying to get a straight answer out of anyone in the office as to when the work would be completed was not as easy.

Looks like it went fine.  They set up HEPA filter and positive pressure to avoid transmission of mold to untreated spaces.  Easy guys to work with.  The only hiccups were that they had to reschedule the second day of a two day job due to equipment failure and then the worker for the 2d day called in sick.  But he came the following day and finished the job (on a Sunday!) <br> <br>All in all a positive experience.  Looks like they did a great job <br>

Cut out moldy walls. Sealed off the room. Replaced wall board. Skim coat with plaster.  Replaced all trim and molding and insulation clean the entire kitchen. My parents were very satisfied with the entire job. <br />

They arrived on time on 3/29 and explained exactly what was going to happen and proceeded to get set up. They worked all day and when ready to leave cleaned up & advised what would be done on day 2. Everything went as expected on day 2. They were courteous and professional and I would definitely call them again. <br />

Crew very professional, took proper precaution for containg mold spores during removal i.e., heavy, zippered plastic on kitchen doors, hepa scrubber fans running constantly day an night during process. Left cleaned are well prepared for contractors to put ceiling, lights, cabinets back up. <br />

The team did a great job. They worked very hard and were extremely polite and respectful. The company's owner and his employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. <br />

They were every good at removing the mold in the house and then they coat the areas with a paint. The job was well done and the clean up was great. <br />

In attic: contained the area using plastic sheet....; continuously operated HEPA air filter in house to avoid mold infiltration during entire process; dry brushed and HEPA vacuumed mold areas; applied EPA registered anti-microbial to affected areas; blow dried treated areas; HEPA vacuum treated areas to ensure removal of treated spores; applied EPA registered Mold Sealer to treated areas. <br /> In basement: HEPA vacuumed, applied anti-microbial and sealed with fungicidal sealer all affected areas. <br /> The tasks were performed in a thorough, careful, professional manner.  I was completely satisfied with the work done. <br />

<p>We are selling our home and the inspection revealed mold on the north side of our attic which needed to be remediated prior to closing.  We needed this to be expedited as the closing was only four weeks away.  Danny came and gave us the estimate on Thursday and promised they could perform the service within our time frame.  They came the next week and within two days the mold was remediated, a letter was provided to prove it was remediated.  Danny and his crew were great folks to work with.  I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of this service!  </p> <br />

They showed up on time. Gave me constant feed back on the process. Made sure everything looks as it used to be before the cleaning process. Cleaned everything and did a perfect job at resolving the problem. The price that I was quoted was the price I paid. No surprises. No cutting corners. Very professional. <br />

Joey and Jason showed up in the early morning, as promised.  As Jason carried gear from the truck to the attic, Joey went through paperwork with me and discussed what they would be doing the first day, and then the second day.  Joey was the person with whom I worked most directly.  He has a beautiful, gentle way of being present, explaining everything and listening well to my concerns and questions. His partner also was easy to have in the home. Both workers were efficient and skilled, cleaned up everything and despite mid-July attic heat, managed to get all of the attic ceiling and walls free of mold in two days.  I would definitely work with them again.  The project manager, Danny, called me the night before the work was to begin to confirm everything, and then came by the first day to check how the work was moving along.  I really appreciate the focused attention and genuine dynamic to build a relationship.  <br />

Mold had formed on the plywood all along the north side of my house. Kevin came by to do an initial analysis and provided an estimate. he told me the mold was most likely caused by the bathroom exhaust that vented into the attic. I have since fixed that problem. Kevin and his team are very professional and clean. The job took just under 3 days and now we have piece of mind that we are not breathing in that mold.
