E.P.A. Environmental Painting Alternatives

The only painting service company to follow-up after being informed the scope of work was just to strip and re-paint two exterior doors. Apparently, the other companies are only interested in larger scopes of work. Those companies will go under when the next recession hits as they have likely upset many "smaller" customers. In any case, the work was done promptly, and everyone with whom I interacted was professional in every aspect. I have other painting jobs that will need to be done in the near future (including a complete exterior painting for a 5000 sf two-story house) and this will be the only company that I will use. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a paint job.

From the get go, EPA and their representatives were all very professional, maintained constant communication (whether via phone or email), and were more than flexible with my client's needs/schedule. They were not only there to service my client, but also kept my client's best interest in mind above their own, taking their quality of service to the next level. They worked with my client's budget, with the timeline that was set out for them, and they delivered on all fronts. The end result was an attractive product, and a very happy and satisfied client! I would definitely use them again (and intend to), and refer them out! <br />

Like most people, there are certain things I look for when I hire someone to do work for me: honesty, quality of work, and price (in that order).  Environmental Painting Alternatives more than stands out in each of these areas... they <strong>SHINE</strong>!  I have never before been so pleased with the experience or the end results of having my home painted.  I was provided with a written contract that clearly outlined what was to be done.  I did not even try to negotiate the price since it was lower than I expected.  They even took the time to discuss with me the purpose of different kinds of paints to be sure of what I wanted and what I needed so that I would be well informed and happy with my selection of the paint to be used.  Before they began painting they pressure washed the outside of my home and even the windows were clean... on the outside at least.  After repairing any cracks or flaws they applied two coats of paint.  The men were especially polite, considerate, quiet and kept everything neat and orderly around the outside of my home as they worked (being careful to respect all of the strict rules of the retirement community in which I live).  They finished the job in the time they had told me they would and left everything clean and in place before they left.  When I inspected my home I was amazed that I could not find one single flaw or mistake.  My home has never looked so nice!!  I would not hesitate and would be most pleased to recommend Environmental Painting Alternatives. <br />

Exterior painting was new to us so they walked us through all of options with trim, doors, garage doors, etc etc. They offered suggestions for us that really made a difference in the appearance of our home. <br /> After the consultation they followed up on the project date and the amount of time it took to be completed. Excellent service.  We were changing the color scheme to an approved association color chart and the work performed and finish was excellent.  there was a small section at the back of the house (facing east) that was a little streaky when the sun hit it and I sent an email and a team came out and repainted that section within a day. <br />

They provided great quality work, great staff, great everything. They were simply an awesome company to hire. <br />
