It went very well, they got the part under warranty still. Fixed it very quick and at a reasonable price. About 5 days later it seemed the freon was a little undercharged, they came and fixed it within the hour to add more at no charge. Good and nice service guys and from my experience good company.

I have been a customer with Epic for about 9 months and think they are great. I have two properties that are covered by annual maintenance agreements, and they have done upgrades to a system that the original installer should have figured out. Their prices are fair. I highly recommend them!

Everything went as planned. Art and Rob from Epic showed up on time, and by late afternoon the system was up and running. Rob had to return about a week later when it was warmer to check that the coolant charge was correct.

I live remotely (Wisconsin) and my daughters live in house in San Carlos Park. AC was on it's last leg. Art came by to take a look for a no cost inspection. Came and told me that I needed a new one but old was ok but didn't have much life left. I asked for a quote anyways. His quote was well below others and I got a better/bigger AC. Went with Epic and was not disappointed. Everything went smooth. Art took care of everything. Made daughters felt comfortable and they even liked his company.. Lets just say the whole experience was "Epic"!!

Had a $49 coupon from Angie’s List for servicing the AC unit of a house I was selling. There was some confusion regarding the address but the front office was great about contacting the technicians. Technicians were great, took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and finished the job efficiently.

It went very well. Art (owner of company) did a complete maintenance check on my AC. He worked diligently and completed the job within an appropriate time. He was professional, friendly and easy to talk with. I asked several questions in an effort to understand the basic workings of my A/C and asked to go with him up the stairs to view the inside equipment. He took the time to explain why there was excess water in the pan and what he did to fix the problem. I was also able to renew my yearly maintenance contract with his company at the time. This service is reasonably priced and allows me to shift the responsibility to a dependable company and not be worried about whether my A/C is being properly maintained.

Owner was responsive, sent videos of problem because we were not there at the time, explained procedure of what was needed for parts and labor along with the costs. Owner was a letter to get parts under warranty, kept us apprised of missing parts from the manufacturer and timeline for install. They were there when they said they would be, sent an invoice by email and took a credit card for payment.

I originally gave a negative review for this company because I had not heard from them about scheduling my purchases A/C tune up. After that review was submitted, Art, the owner, contacted me immediately and explained that he had not received my request to schedule this. I believe there was a missed communication that was not his fault. UPDATE: Art scheduled the tune up, arrived on time, and did a very good job checking out our A/C. I particularly liked his attitude of “If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.” Even though our unit is old, it still runs well. He assured us that it is in good shape and didn’t try to sell us additional services or parts. Thank you, Art, for your competence, honesty, and professionalism.

Not well. I purchased the offer but when the technician finished with the job he billed me me for his labor and for his trip to the job site. This was supposed to be included in the special, but in addition to paying for the special, I was also billed the regular fee as though the special did not exist.60

"I went out to do the Maintenance on her system, when I arrived to do the Maintenance found issues with her system, I told the customer about the issues and these issues were not covered on a Maintenance plan and the cost to repair them, so she said to do the repair. So after completing the job, she said everything should be included and did not pay for the repairs! So then she said she was suppose to get 2 Maintenance done for the price she paid and said instead of paying she just wouldn't do the other Maintenance. So I said ok, can't work for people who don't want to pay."

The technician arrived on time and did a good job. He explained the things he had checked out on my air conditioner and told me it was in good condition. This is the second time I have used Epic Air for an air conditioner maintenance check-up and I have been happy with their service and feel that they are honest and do not try to sell me anything I do not need. Both times I got an Angie's List special deal on the price of the service. I will definitely call them again next year to service my air conditioner.

The technician was on time and did a very thorough job. He took the time to explain to me what he found during his inspection and recommended pouring 1 cup of bleach down the air conditioning pipe on the inside unit every 3 months (followed by 1 cup of warm water after 5 minutes) to help keep algae growth from building up in the pipes. I appreciated his advice on how I could help to keep my air conditioner in good running condition. I have had no problems with my air conditioner since this work was done.
