Epic Mechical Company lived up to their name. The installers were on time and completed the installation in a timely manner. The crew were very courteous and made sure to clean up the area before departing. They made sure I knew what all the changes were and how to set up the smart thermostats. They also went above and beyond by identifying and rectified a safety issues with my hot water system which was not part of the installation. The operation was very streamlined and I felt confident in my investment.

Epic Mechanical installed a new heat pump a year ago to replace my old, struggling air conditioner. They did in in good time, even in my cramped attic. The workers were efficient and friendly, and more. Their electrician returned later to add a bigger circuit breaker to make sure it was safe for the potentially added load. After a year, one of their staff returned for a tune up to make sure the new system is ready for the coming summer heat; he came within a day of my call. All around, great service.
